  I am currently getting my brake pads fixed at firestone, and thanks to this AutoZone I was supplied the parts that I needed. This was a blessing that I’m grateful for, and would definitely recommend this location. They are great people!

  I stepped into this location to get the check engine light that turned on checked out. I waited in line just like everyone else. When it was my turn I told the boy at the register I needed the light checked out so he told me he would help me and once he was going to go out with me this gentleman (seems like a manager) came out from the back and told him that until he helped all the customers that were in line behind me he could not help me. I waited 30 minutes and more and more people kept getting in line. I then asked the same gentlemen when was I going to get help and he told me they were only able to help me when there was no one in line. I told him I was a customer and waiting my turn in line just like everyone else and he told me there’s was nothing he could do. As long as there was people in line I could not get any help. How does that make sense??

  I went in for a simple break light bulb replacement. Rod B was absolutely delightful! He not only helped me find the part I needed but replaced it for me. He went out of his way to provide excellent service.
