    I want to recognize the excellent service provided by Laura Rodriguez at AutoZone. She is kind, patient, and highly professional. She also speaks Spanish, which is a huge help for the Hispanic community. She works in the commercial/business department and truly takes the time to help, answer questions, and make sure customers are taken care of with a great attitude. Unlike some other AutoZone locations in the area, where customer service unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, with staff who can be impatient or unwelcoming, Laura truly stands out with her respectful and outstanding service. People like her are the reason customers come back and recommend the store. 5 stars for Laura! Quiero reconocer el excelente servicio de Laura Rodriguez en AutoZone. Es una persona muy amable, paciente y profesional. Además, habla español, lo cual es una gran ayuda para nuestra comunidad hispana. Atiende en el área empresarial y realmente se toma el tiempo para ayudar y resolver las dudas con una actitud excelente. A diferencia de otros AutoZone de la zona, donde lamentablemente la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, con personal sin paciencia y con mala actitud, Laura marca una gran diferencia con su trato respetuoso y su verdadera vocación de servicio. Personas así son las que hacen que uno quiera regresar y recomendar el lugar. ¡5 estrellas para Laura!

    I visited Autozone that is in 3833 w broad st, Columbus Ohio. I had been there second time to return few items and the employees of that location since I have entered the place didn’t ask me or even trying it to ask, I was invisible for them even that I was yelling at them saying HELLO ANYONE CAN HELP ME? nothing. I stayed there for 45 min no one help me and then not Worthington fighting for it so I left to another location

    The worst customer experience ever, I got in the store and I see an associate and said “hello excuse me” and completely ignore me I thought he didn’t hear me so I said lauder “hello excuse me” and look at me and left.. waited like 20 minutes and they never help me they are just the worst staff.

    i called at 8:30 this morning to see if you guys carried a specific purge valve for my corolla and was told by an older man that they had two of the part and that i could come pick it up. i literally drove 30 minutes out on a car that is burning through fuel and stalling so i could get this part to fix it just for you guys not to have it. there is absolutely no way you guys sold out on 2 specific purge valves in a span of 4 hours either

    Terrible service. Everything is extremely slow, and on one occasion I had to wait nearly an hour just to get a belt. The employees were rude, careless, and did not seem concerned about helping customers in a timely manner. Overall, the wait time was unacceptable and the experience was frustrating. I would avoid this place and instead go to O’Reilly, where the staff are much more responsible and efficient.
