  I had the worst experience here more than once I show up to get a part that I needed to get my car fixed to get back on the road and after driving to one AutoZone and saying they had the part they did not so I had to go clear to Columbus a 45-minute trip I get there at 11:45 was told that they don't take my cash that I need to go get some way to use a card so I went to Sheetz and deposited onto my cash app I said don't leave I'm coming back sure enough I get back at 5:00 till the doors are locked they're standing inside looking at me and wouldn't let me in and they knew that I needed this part and I did what they told me they couldn't make me change from cash I thought AutoZone to take cash I don't understand why I had to go put a card you know load a card up to do this so long story short I didn't get my part and the only reason I go to Columbus was to do that so I expect better service from a store that I've got my parts from my entire life. this is ridiculous this happened to me at the Grove City stringtown Road location once when I was broke down at the harbor freight as well. not a happy camper right now

  Be careful of what parts you buy here and double check they are what you need! These people will 100% sell you incorrect parts to make a quick buck.

  I want to recognize the excellent service provided by Laura Rodriguez at AutoZone. She is kind, patient, and highly professional. She also speaks Spanish, which is a huge help for the Hispanic community. She works in the commercial/business department and truly takes the time to help, answer questions, and make sure customers are taken care of with a great attitude. Unlike some other AutoZone locations in the area, where customer service unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, with staff who can be impatient or unwelcoming, Laura truly stands out with her respectful and outstanding service. People like her are the reason customers come back and recommend the store. 5 stars for Laura! Quiero reconocer el excelente servicio de Laura Rodriguez en AutoZone. Es una persona muy amable, paciente y profesional. Además, habla español, lo cual es una gran ayuda para nuestra comunidad hispana. Atiende en el área empresarial y realmente se toma el tiempo para ayudar y resolver las dudas con una actitud excelente. A diferencia de otros AutoZone de la zona, donde lamentablemente la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, con personal sin paciencia y con mala actitud, Laura marca una gran diferencia con su trato respetuoso y su verdadera vocación de servicio. Personas así son las que hacen que uno quiera regresar y recomendar el lugar. ¡5 estrellas para Laura!
