  had such a great experience at AutoZone, and I specifically want to recognize Michael, one of their employees who went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen to what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident before leaving. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Michael does. He didn’t rush the interaction, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. AutoZone is very lucky to have him on their team. Employees like him are the reason people come back and recommend a business to others. I’ll absolutely be returning because of the great service I received! This store number is 4589.

  The staff never seems to be friendly. Had an issue, the gentleman did all he could to fix the issue.

  Can't speak with anyone on the phone.needed to ask if they recycle ATF. Called several times, they pick up, then hang up. Great customer service.
