I’d encourage you to avoid this location at all costs. While installing a new battery, an employee let the tool touch the fuel line, causing a fire that damaged my vehicle. The manager assured me repeatedly that AutoZone corporate would reimburse the damage caused by their employee — but they’ve since gone silent and stopped responding.

I stopped in looking for a battery charger that didn’t appear to be in stock. A very helpful woman named Peaches got a store manager to verify, called other stores in the area, and offered alternative options. I thanked her for her assistance, but declined and left the store. After I got into my vehicle, Peaches came running out of the store with the charger I was looking for. The item had been returned and wasn’t in the typical spot, but she tracked it down and then tracked ME down in the parking lot. Peaches is a positive, hardworking, helpful, and genuine asset to AutoZone. I’ll drive out of my way to come back here in the future based on my experience today. Thanks Peaches!

Peaches, Candice, and Matt were so so so incredibly helpful with my wiper blades. My husband went to another Autozone three days ago invite another brand of wiper blades and we’ve never had this issue, but we put them on and then the next day I went to drive and there was a gap and it was missing half of my windshield. We went into the Livingston AutoZone today and explain the situation. Explain we didn’t have our original receipt or boxes because again we’ve never had this issues and Peaches immediately put on her gloves and came out and saw what we were talking about. The whole team helped with problem-solving this issue and we were able to exchange the wiper blades and they even put them on for us. So so incredibly grateful and will not go to another AutoZone for their help.
