  Jim is great and provides excellent friendly service. I drive slightly farther to this location than the others closer to me because I know the service and experience will be better.

  I don't have to go here often but when I do I'm so pleased with how helpful the people who work here have been to me, especially Mr. Black. He patiently answered all my questions and I really appreciate his professionalism.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this AutoZone. I came in for something very simple—just to have my check-engine light code read. From the beginning, the employee (Mr Black) was rude and dismissive. When I first asked for help, he ignored me even though he was yelling at the Client to get his number across the store when he could’ve just answered and said hold on one second. Once it was my turn, he told me to pull my car to the front. I explained that it was already parked directly in front of the store, about 10 feet away, but I still followed his instructions and repositioned the car. He then rudely told me to straighten the car, which I did. Out of habit, I popped the hood, and he responded rudely again, asking why I was opening it if we were only checking the engine light. After being spoken to disrespectfully multiple times, I told him I simply wanted him to do his job and help me. At that point, he refused to provide service. I went inside and asked another employee for assistance, but Mr Black took lead and told me he would not help me because I needed to “respect my elders.” I never threatened or disrespected anyone—I simply expected basic, professional customer service. I came in for a quick engine-code check and left without receiving service. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional experience.

  Rude and condescending people work here. They really like to insult customers when they’re in the store and cuss really loud so everyone can hear. I get working retail sucks, I’ve been there, but there’s no excuse for this type of behavior. These people should be fired honestly.
