I like the store and other people people working there but one black guy with scruffy beard whose last name is also black. He is the most rudest person I have ever seen. He is the reason I have stopped coming to this store.

I needed help and found this Autozone. Constance helped me and she was so patient and kind. She helped me get exactly what I needed. I don’t know about vehicles or even where to put the oil and her patience meant so much I’ll only come here if I need anything for my vehicle in the future. Thank you Constance!

I did not have a pleasant experience at this Autozone. Before I could even come inside, one of the employees (an older man) told me I could not park in the parking lot. I wasn’t even parked there for a full minute before that. I guess because I didn’t immediately get out of my car they assumed I wasn’t a costumer. Instead, I parked further down the street and walked to the store in the pouring rain, I was completely soaked. Saw multiple other people park in the lot no problem, not sure why I was singled out. By the time I left the store there was a tow truck in the parking lot (which I wasn’t even parked in anymore). Super strange and rude experience, I really don’t understand it. At least the women at the cash register was nice to me.

The heavyset white lady was very rude about doing a battery return and then while we were outside after the fact about to leave we can hear her outside talking to somebody about our interaction with her in a very derogatory manner while standing there smoking a cigarette in everybody’s face
