AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Would give zero stars if I could. TLDR: AutoZone lies to your face in order to avoid honoring their own warranties. I purchased a battery from AutoZone. Less than a year later, the battery stops working and my vehicle won't start. It is still under warranty, so I bring the vehicle in and ask them to replace it. They do some phony test, say the battery is fine, and the alternator is the issue, but they can't fix the alternator or replace it. I take the car to two other shops, plus a retired mechanic to look at the alternator, and they all agree: the battery is the issue. So, I had to pay several hundred dollars to have the battery replaced since this AutoZone location refused to make anything resembling an attempt to do their job properly.

I worked with Dylan and an Arab gentleman. They were both very respectful but not the fake annoying kind of respectful. Both were extremely helpful as well offered me advise answered my rookie questions and even went to far as to help me carry the heavy things to my car. The manager is a really cool dude too this is how you earn repeat business I’ll definitely come back here.
