- CRCeleste RichardsonJun 27, 20261.0I had a reservation but only had my credit card on my Apple Pay the woman at the counter told me if I was returning at the same location that there wasn’t any deposit and I could get a pay now car and not have to have a physical card. So I did that changed my flight to go out of Cmh instead of my original Dayton which required me to buy another ticket plus pay for the car just for the other woman at the counter to say I can’t get a car without a credit card. Then when I had them get a manager the first woman lied and said she told me I could pay online and then use a cc for the deposit. Needless to say I’m stranded at the airport and looking for an uber. I do not recommend Alamo/ enterprise.

I tried picking up my rental car and the employee at the desk said some pretty nasty things to me that left me crying in the rental car pickup at midnight. after traveling for 18 hours. Spoke with the manager and all got resolved pretty quickly, so I appreciate that. But the first experience I had with alamo made me decide I will never rent a car from them again. Thank you Karla in Columbus, OH. If you see this - you are awesome.
