  8/31/2026 My sister and I went to this location to see about getting something to help fix the a side car mirror. My sister went to look at products to see what she could find. I waited in the long line to ask for the possible product for a temporary fix. Tanisha was working very hard she had a very difficult customer at her register telling her she had an attitude. While in line for about ten minutes and when I walked in he was bombarding her with I want this no I said that not this. He had a bad attitude and was on his phone the entire time holding the line up and raising his voice. Pushing parts back and then going on about this is what I want. No don't take that I want this. She was very classy she politely told him I'm sorry sir you think I have an attitude I've been trying to get you everything you wanted while I'm the only one at the register right now and have a long line. I think your giving me an attitude but I'm sorry for your inconvenience I'll try to work harder. He wouldn't get off his phone and he kept her going back and forth for a long time. Noel came in with car parts and got right to the line asking who was next. She gave advice to clients and made sure everyone has a receipt to make sure they got their money back on what was returnable. She was able to get the line down fast and with care. She let us know our product might not work she wasn't familiar with it. We very much appreciated her honesty. The man was still at Tanisha's register and she was giving great service with a smile while working hard. Even though he was being the difficult one and trying to complain about service. Both women worked very hard. They gave honest feedback and kept patience with even difficult people. Their knowledge, honesty, and hard work should be rewarded by the chain owners; because their capabilities in customer service is hard to find. They do deserve a raise and possibly made employees of the month.

  I was helped here by a young man named Wesley who went above and beyond with assisting me & his customers service couldn't be better. I highly recommend this location if he is on duty.

  The sales representative in store 1086 had the store locked with his family inside the kids running around. He had to unlock the door to let us customers enter the store at 10 a.m. The representative Marces, after being informed, we were there for the parts we called in. He proceeded to ring the parts up and then stops abruptly after being asked to do a return on a previous purchase and use the money towards the difference. Marces took upon himself to pull my client to the side in the aisle and tried to tell him the parts were $80, not the 59.99 quoted on my commercial account. When we addressed what he was saying and what the computer was showing on the sales transaction, he started cursing at my client and told us to take our money and leave which at this point I was recording the incident and his girlfriend that was there also got involved and followed us outside the building making threats on his behalf. His attitude could of put his family in danger for no reason

  Nancy is a AAA employee, I needed a Polly for an alternator that goes on a thermal king on a semi truck, no part number available. She went to the back and took the extra mile to save my day. And she did. Thank you Nancy again and again. All respect to employees like you
