- AWAdnan Waheed1 day ago1.0I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct and poor service I experienced at your store on Federated Boulevard and Sawmill Road. During a recent visit for a battery replacement service, a staff member named Matt was dismissive and uncooperative regarding my warranty coverage, incorrectly insisting that my battery was ineligible for service because that was honda battery according to him despite prior confirmation to the contrary. I even told him that its diehard and when he uncover the plastic from the top he found out its diehard very uneducated, Furthermore, his handling of my vehicle was careless, as he damaged components during the installation and compromised safety by requesting that I hold cables while he maneuvered the battery. I found this interaction both rude and unacceptable, and I strongly recommend that management prioritizes customer service training to ensure future patrons receive competent and respectful assistance. He literally said on my face that thats why we dont want to change the battery. I dont know if he was recist or what but very disrespectful.

I was trying to find the correct color of touch up paint for my 11 year old Jeep that has some rust spots on the hinges - a $24 item, not exactly chump change. There is a QR code by the touch up paint that is supposed to help you but it just takes you to the Advance Auto Parts app and you have to enter the info and it spits out a color. I couldn’t locate the color it told me to get, despite being in stock. I went up to the front desk to ask for help, They guy there cut me off mid sentence and told me I needed to Google it myself he couldn’t help me. Ok…. Well that’s the last time I go there. I just walked out. Never have I ever been treated like that at an advance auto before. Disappointing service for sure. **edited to add that I was the only person in the store. Not busy at in the least.

I walked in there needing a little help with adding a quart of oil to my 2011 Honda Civic. Lawrence was exceptionally helpful! He was super friendly, he was knowledgeable and very patient with me. He came out to my car and assisted me with adding the oil and he was so very kind. All the employees were kind and helpful. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
