  I just got back from this car wash, and I’m extremely disappointed. After going through the wash, my car was still dirty. The bugs and insect stains on the front were still there because the employee with the mop barely touched the car not even trying to scrub the stains off. I also noticed that my windshield hadn't been cleaned at all. I went back and asked for either a refund or another wash. To his credit, the gentleman working there was very polite and allowed me to go through the wash a second time. Unfortunately, the second wash was no different. Even after I pointed out that my car was still dirty, the employee didn't make any effort to clean it properly. It was a complete waste of money and my time. Honestly, rain does a better job than this car wash. I will never come back.

  It's the most impressive car wash I've ever seen. The wash section with the rollers that wash the car from top to bottom seemed more sponge like than others I've been to. More comprehensive coverage. Towards the last section robotic sections move towards the tires on both sides of the vehicle to clean. Then they have a very large indoor room to vacuum the car. When you leave that room they provide outdoor self directed detailing.

  So I go to this Waterway car wash today, go through it and pull into the vacuum and drying area. I wanted to dry certain areas of the vehicle that the blowers missed. I looked around for towels, but I couldn’t find any like other car washes provide. I saw bins with a sign that said dirty towels. So I went over and grabbed three towels that looked relatively clean and used them to wipe down my vehicle. As I returned the dirty towels to the bin, I see an employee motioning to me to come over to him. So I meet this employee identified by his name tag identifying him as the manager. (I don’t remember his name) He asked whether or not, I had used towels that I had purchased. I said no, I just grabbed a couple out of the dirty bin, wiped down my vehicle and returned them. I still don’t know what he was getting at because he couldn’t communicate with me correctly. He said we have a policy that we don’t give out towels or something to that effect, If you don’t purchase them. I still don’t really know what he was getting at because he couldn’t communicate with me and explain to me exactly what I did wrong. I still don’t get it. But apparently you’re not allowed to use dirty towels, but he never came out and said that. I will not return to this car wash. By the way, the car wash was $17.00.

  Good car wash will clean the hood and top of your vehicle. Even if you have crossbars on the top of your vehicle, most car washes, turn off their spinning brush and don't have anything to clean the hood or top. Just water pressure and we know that doesn't do much
