  I will not be returning to this place for service. I brought my vehicle in for a everyday simple front end alignment after replacing front end parts with brand new parts. I drove the car in fine no issues whatsoever. They take control of my vehicle their mechanic pulls it from the lot up onto the alignment rack and straps it in to do an alignment. I get a call 2 hours later saying that my inner tie rod is not connected and that they wanted over $500 in order to repair the vehicle and that I couldn't leave with my vehicle cuz it was unsafe. Upon hearing this news I arrived up there to inspect my vehicle and iterate the fact that it is a mechanical impossibility for my car to have drove them up there without the tie rod being connected. So from the time they received my vehicle from the time they called me was their responsibility with my vehicle. I told him I would not pay the over $500 charge and proceeded to have to fight my point with the manager Way beyond what I ever should have had to do. After arguing my point though they took my vehicle got the tie rod back in it and did the front end alignment. I don't believe I should have been charged for it as they were trying to rip me off in the first place but I did pay for it in order to get a receipt in case anything happens with the work that was done. Not satisfied one bit with this place customer service was trash

  Bad business because I’m black. I came up to their shop after catching a flat tire right in front business location. At approximately 345pm was told that they have my tire size in stock. But can’t take 20 mins time to help me out. Even offered to pay double. Really feel like race had a part to play in this whole ordeal. I wouldn’t recommend no one to do business with these people.

  Only i can say is that I been goin there,im stop because I have warranty on my car but now is over so im back with tire choice, great peoples,fair pricing and the most important, its that I dont feel sketchy about getting rip off or been lied about something to get my money,I think they're very honest and they look happy with what they getting and not trying to get more from costumer, the best place to fix car honestly, thank you Tire choice,.

  I really appreciate the customer service it alway excellent..Also the prices are alway fair ..I recommend this tire shop to anyone who in need of a tire or tire repair on the west side of Cleveland ohio 🙌🏾

  We picked up a screw on a Sunday and they were not only able to patch the tire, but also took us a little earlier than our scheduled appointment. The person manning the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The cost was negligible and they did not try to upsell us. Another couple walked in after us and he was honest about what the shop was able to do for them and gave them 2 different recommendations on other local shops that would be able to address their issue.
