  Cars at CLE Airport rental were quite dirty.

  Totally worth the emerald club. While the lines are long for other companies with very few workers, National is the way to go. Shuttle buses needed from airport but not a long wait usually. I have rented here quite a few times and been pleased with the service.

  I’ve had nothing but good experiences at National at Cleveland Airport. From using the app to check in before arrival to picking your own car from the emerald aisle and skipping the counter everything is awesome! They always seem to have a really good and new fleet available to rent. Every single car I’ve rented has been low miles and almost brand new. Will continue to use them for future trips.

  The person at the National counter who checked me in early am Friday was extremely helpful in locating a minivan. I wished I had recalled his name but it was a very long day and I was frustrated. I had actually rented a minivan with another company and called them to confirm someone would be at the counter to check me in. I was assured someone would be there(they had my flight number). The counter was closed when I arrived. I was very fortunate the National counter was open and able to secure the vehicle I needed. I am also grateful for Meal, who checked me in at 5am, for being very pleasant at this hour.
