  I used to use this shop and loved my experiences, but unfortunately that seems to be a thing of the past. I made an appointment with the call center for Friday, brought my car in to find one sole mechanic trying to hold the shop together, who was very nice but told me that no one could see my car today, and to bring it back 10 am Monday. Not ideal, but I made arrangements for a friend to bring it in so I could go to work. I’ve just gotten a call from her saying that the same situation has just happened again. One mechanic holding down the fort, no one can see my car today. So now that’s two appointments that have been made and not honored by this location. Get it together!

  WORST. Appointment scheduled for Saturday. As instructed dropped my car off between 11 & 1pm. Pulled in no one was there. Against my better judgment I put my keys in the drop box with my info. After 6 calls and.4 hours later. No response, I had a friend take me to get my car. Still not open, open sign flashing,no employee's. I opened the lock box, took my keys. After years of using Mr. Tire. I will NEVER go back.

  Lies, lies, and more lies. I have brought my car here for tires 5 times. The first few times were fine. However, my last few times were awful. I would not bring my car to this place ever again. They will never patch up your tire. They will always tell you that you need a new one. They will also try and get you to buy multiple things you do not need. If they tell you that you need brakes or tie rods run away! They told me I needed tie rods my last time there. I luckily declined. I went to a mechanic today to have him look at my tie rods just in case. He said nothing was wrong with the tie rods. These people will just lie and lie to you. Do yourself a favor. Save your hard earned money and find someone honest to work on your car.

  I was in Cleveland for an afternoon and had a catastrophic tire failure late in the day as I was attempting to return to Toledo. I stopped at 2 tire shops who had no interest in helping me. Fortunately, I next stopped at Mr Tire. Lance greeted me in a pleasant and professional manner, was a supportive in getting involved, and immediately got tires on order.

  The in shop experience is 5 star. Warm greeting, quick answers to my questions, and fast service. The only problem i had was making the appointment through a foreign based appointment center. I was quoted $107 for a $188 service. I still used them because of the way everything was handled in shop. I will still go to the shop, although I will never use the appointment center again
