  Entrance for this is nowhere to be found on GPS. Entrance might be on the one on 6th Street but I am not guessing if that is it or not.

  As many know you need a parking garage in Cleveland. We bought our parking ticket the day before arriving and when you get there you have to scan QR code from phone. Well the rescanned wasn’t working and so we ended up printing a ticket(which is like paying for a second time) we call the help # they say when u leave scan phone and gate will open.. It didn’t. So we had to call again and someone came to us and had to see our rental info from phone and then he was able to let us out without having to pay a second time! There should be a way to manually enter rental #on machine when u can’t get it to pick up QR code. Happy parking

  First time parking here. Pre bought my parking and it was cheaper than event pricing if you paid at the gate! Also, had no idea how to use my pre bought parking but there was someone there and he helped me get setup. Easy and clear to navigate. Spots are tight but as a fluffy girl, I was still able to get in and out of my car. Only a 7 minute walk to Rocket Center, like 10 to the baseball stadium. Will definitely use them again!

  I payed in advance, received the barcode to scan, when scanning it wouldn’t let me in, I had to pay again to park. It cost me additional 40 dollars to park.
