  You said you send me a video. You also told me 2-3 days prior to the video that you scanned the car and check it out and the only issue you found was the water pumps. I have a quote from you with a date days prior to the videos sent date. Why would I care if you refuse me service? You don’t know European cars, I would never take my car to a good year.

  Terrible. They can change a tire I guess but that’s all they good for. Quoted me 2 differnt prices on the same part. I found the parts 3 times cheaper my self. They try to make money on labor and parts off of you. Check for your self

  We flew into Cleveland Airport on a Saturday after a weeklong vacation to find a flat tire on our car. We were able to put on the spare but it was unsafe to travel all the way home on the donut. I called Norman's to see if they could take a look and they told us to come right over. They very efficiently and professionally repaired our tire. They could not have been more accommodating or nice. They fixed our tire and checked the others as well to make sure there were no more issues. I can't say enough about how wonderful all of the staff was. Our tire held just fine to enable us to reach home and is still holding today!

  1100$ for a BMW water pump took them 6 days to do. They also broke my intake which is required to remove to reach the water pump and they denied it saying it was already broken, I inspect my car daily and I guarantee they 100% broke it. They also didn’t like that I asked for my old part back. Save your money and go somewhere else.
