  My rental is an EV so this location is my go-to for the vehicle. The area is sketchy because it's a strip mall with a parking lot with rugged spots in some areas, there's a gas station down the street where panhandlers congregate and there's a laundromat a short walk away from the charging location. There are also some businesses like a Chinese takeout, restaurants, smoke shop, BMV but most of these are a short walk away.

  Slow charging on 1 of the 4 "100kW" chargers at 27kW. Nice. There are only 2x super fast chargers, not 4, and they are both in use. The super fast ones may also be questionable, as those drivers keep getting out of their car to check the connection. The problem with EVGo stations is that they are misrepresented on both Google maps AND the official EVGo app. How do you not know what endpoints are connected to your own system?

  Appreciate a fast charging station that's close to my place of work. Had to wait about 15 minutes, but that gave me time to create my account and setup payment methods. Fellow EVgo users were really helpful with recommending the 6.99 plan for lower rates and no service fees. I also recommend Autocharge+ so you can just plug in and go back in the car or grab a quick bite to eat. Appreciate having these various stations in a busy part of the inner city. One of the many places in Cleveland whereas a young man I was constantly at. A legendary shopping center.
