  I would give zero stars if I could. Twice in 2 days I booked a truck that I was later told was not available, leaving me stranded for 5 hours. I was also lied to, told the vehicle was on their lot, the employee was looking at it, and that I could be picked up. I was then told, after waiting 2-1/2 hours for pickup that they didn’t have me listed for pickup (even though I have an email with a confirmation number and my location for pickup listed), I was outside of their pickup distance, and they couldn’t accommodate my bike which I had ridden 220 miles. I was also told by the employee that I can’t just “demand” a truck same day. I told him that I wasn’t demanding anything, I was told it was available and reserved it with a confirmation number. Terrible service, terrible process, and I will not be using Enterprise again.

  Amanda at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in downtown Cleveland provided absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish. I was picking up a rental vehicle through an insurance claim, and I called the day before to make sure the vehicle class size I needed would be available. Amanda was professional, helpful, and reassuring during that call. When I arrived at the branch the next day, Amanda made sure my ride from the collision center was on time and that the correct class-size vehicle I needed for my mother was ready for me. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and efficient. It is amazing service like Amanda’s that keeps me returning to the Enterprise brand of rental car companies. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and care for the customer truly stood out. Keep up the amazing work, Amanda!

  The Downtown Cleveland, OH Enterprise location I've found to always have great cars available and their customer service is always "top notch". This is my go-to place for car rentals! Keep up the good job.
