  First time getting a rental and experience was horrible, didn’t know they were going to swipe my card for everything , thought I was going to get a set amount for deposit. The man at the desk was rude , didn’t specify anything. I’ve been waiting a whole month to get my money. I called customer support and one employee said that yall had no intentions on giving me my money back and I got so irritated and hung up , called back and got a different answer. I just want my damn money.

  We come back every year from Arizona and always rent a car from Enterprise at the Cleveland airport. Staff is great at this location, efficient, professional. This June we had the pleasure of dealing with Owen at the desk, and Keenan helped us with a great vehicle. They provided exceptional service. Thank you Enterprise for hiring folks like Owen and Keenan. Have to give a shout out to Ralph as well. He is the best! Great customer service, we will be back.

  I would like to share my excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. From pick-up with Paul at the front office to drop-off with Dan, the entire experience was outstanding. It was my first time renting with Enterprise, and thanks to these two employees I have genuinely become a strong promoter of the company. Paul took the time to explain everything in detail despite having started his shift at 6:00 am. I collected my car at 12:00, and he was still delivering exceptional service, fully engaged and clearly committed to providing a first-class customer experience. His professionalism and energy were remarkable. At drop-off, Dan was equally impressive—efficient, friendly, and very helpful. He clearly guided me to the shuttle bus and reassured me that everything was perfectly in order with my returned vehicle, making the process smooth and stress-free. Congratulations to Enterprise for having such strong team members. Paul and Dan truly represent the highest standard of customer service and made this rental experience exceptional from start to finish. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  Heartless in operation. We arrived at the Cleveland airport and made a reservation, went to rental car building and asked for a car, the agent said because i made reservation 30 mins ago and I am asking for 1 way, they cant give a car. Later, when I came back after waiting for long time at different company counter, no concern when requested for help as we had a small baby and it was 10.30 in the night and it is tough to get stranded in an airport. I was an Enterprise Plus Gold tier member and I am severely disappointed with this experience. People can atleast have some compassion based on situation

  Review for Owen Owen was the first person I spoke with when I arrived at Enterprise after a long flight from California and a shuttle ride to the location. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Traveling can be exhausting, but Owen immediately made the experience easier with his positive attitude and excellent customer service. When we discovered an issue with the seats in the vehicle we had reserved, Owen jumped into action. He ran inside to get keys for another vehicle, moved it for us, and even helped us transfer our luggage. His willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. Enterprise is lucky to have him, and as a side note, I think someone should let Owen ride in a Corvette someday—he mentioned he’s never been in one! Review for Greg Greg made a great impression from the moment I arrived. He was sitting next to Owen and brought so much energy and humor to the experience. After having less-than-stellar experiences with other rental companies in the past, it was refreshing to interact with someone who was upbeat, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. A positive attitude goes a long way, and Greg’s personality helped turn what could have been a routine rental transaction into a pleasant experience. His sense of humor and professionalism made a real difference, and I appreciated his welcoming attitude. Review for Kenan Kenan, the manager, came out with the keys for our vehicle and immediately showed why good leadership matters. My father jokingly pretended to know him, and Kenan instantly played along, creating a fun and friendly interaction that had everyone laughing. What stood out most was the positive atmosphere he helped create. Kenan was approachable, personable, and clearly fosters a team culture focused on customer service. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, and that starts with strong leadership. It was one of the most pleasant rental car experiences I’ve had. Review for Ameal Ameal was fantastic. While I was walking with my dog, he greeted both of us with a smile and immediately made me feel welcome. What impressed me most was his attentiveness and initiative. When he noticed my father and Owen trying to adjust the seats in the vehicle we had reserved, he didn’t ignore the issue or leave it for someone else to handle. He immediately recognized that the seats were malfunctioning and stepped in to help resolve the problem. Because of his quick action, we were able to switch to a different vehicle and avoid a frustrating situation. Ameal’s positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. He truly exemplifies excellent customer service. Overall, this Enterprise team was exceptional. Owen, Greg, Kenan, and Ameal were all kind, professional, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. Their positive attitudes turned a simple car rental into a memorable experience, and I will absolutely rent from this location again because of them.
