  I had such a wonderful experience renting a car, especially because of Dino and Owen at the counter. Dino was absolutely wonderful—kind, sweet, and incredibly helpful. He gave me a premium car upgrade and even helped me with my luggage, which made the whole experience so much easier. He was also very hot! so that was an added bonus!! Owen was sweet and welcoming as well. If you’re renting a car, definitely go see Dino and Owen at the counter. They provided excellent customer service and deserve five stars!

  I regularly rent a car from this location as I travel a bunch to Cleveland for work. The fleet of cars available is consistently good and I rarely have issues with the rentals I get. Greg at check-in is always helpful and gets me through check-in quickly and efficiently. Mike helped me check my most recent rental back in. I had a small issue with that rental and he took the time to understand the issue I experienced and was very kind! Overall I always have great experiences with the staff here and will continue to return. They are all on top of their game!

  Will be a returning customer or enterprise. Ainslee (sorry if I misspelled it) based out of the enterprise rental pickup/drop at Cleveland Hopkins Airport was beyond helpful. Extremely satisfied with our trip and Ainslee will always stick out as being someone who took pride in her job and ensuring we had a great trip.

  Cleveland Hopkins enterprise car rental was amazing helping us out this morning when we had gone to the north Olmsted location and had a reservation with them got there at 9 o’clock and no one is there. We waited for 30 minutes and then called Customer Service. Greg M at the Cleveland Hopkins enterprise counter got us in the vehicle we needed and had great customer service!

  A specific thank you to Tee at the Cleveland Hopkins airport counter. He checked us in on the afternoon of July 10, 2026, for a four week rental of a Chrysler Pacifica, a family of six arriving from Japan. This was my first car rental in the US and he took the time to explain every part of it: the reservation details, what each coverage option covered, the fuel policy and the return process. Cordial, patient and clear, could not ask for anything more. He turned something I was anxious about into a straightforward experience.
