Unfortunately my incoming flight to Cleveland was delayed by several hours which put me in a bind but Jameel was very understanding and was able to quickly accommodate me with a rental car in a matter of minutes! I would highly recommend working with Jameel!

Absolutely horrible experience. I left my driver’s license in my home state. So, instead of remaining stranded for a funeral, I went on my state’s dmv website and obtained an instant, temporary license. Next I Ubered over to the CVS to print this temporary license. Of course I had my passport for ID. I actually had a corporate manager FROM ENTERPRISE on the phone telling the enterprise manager he should accept my temp license, he refused. Obviously they couldn’t physically force him to rent to me. So the best they could do was offer that there will be consequences for this person. Their own policy says that so long as they can verify the authenticity of the temp license (easy, just a bar code and all my info) and my authentic photo ID they can accept. It’s really not that hard. I rented with another company instead even though I had a reservation with enterprise. The snarky dude just kept trying to explain that their scanner needs to authenticate “holographic” features on the license and refused to accept my valid license. This process took about 4 hours. Instead of driving through the night I had to stay in a hotel because of this ordeal. Such a nightmare, glad you have taken the time to share in this horror. I will never rent with them again. Refusing service in this way is highly inconvenient, and just bad business since I’m an easily verified driver with a credit card. I got it, most people travel with their drivers licenses, but shit happens. 5/13 update: I’ve contacted enterprise and provided a detailed account with no response from enterprise.

I rented a car from Rockside. Low oil light came on. I opened hood and oil was all over the engine and looked like a coolant leak. Place was closed called customer service who advised the airport will give you a car. Went there and they tried to give me a car as small as a Nissan versa. The original was a Tijaun. How is that the same vehicle size?. Would not give me a vehicle to fit my family. This is crazy. Am I suppose to leave someone behind. They are a corporation not a franchise acting like each branch is independent. I have a graduation to get to and had to leave both of those vehicles. On my way to the airport the low tire air came on. Unbelievable never again. Enterprise is too interested in Uber and Lyft contracts they forgot customer service. Look at the replacement

I recently reserved a rental car at Cleveland Hopkins Airport as I was in town to take care of family. I attempted to complete the rental process with one company, but based on a soft credit check upon adding liability insurance while using my debit card, my card was declined due to my credit score. Needless to say I was stressed out tremendously! I had to regroup quickly and find a new rental company to go with on the spot. After reserving a new car on the Enterprise website, I stepped up to the counter and was immediately greeted by Chase who provided me with top notch, professional service! Chase located the Jeep model I had just reserved and swiped my debit card for payment expeditiously, with no credit checks nor other issues. Chase then directed me to where I would go next which was to car pick up. I was kindly greeted by Zizzo, who quickly checked my payment receipt and showed me where I could find my rental car, and I was on my way!!! :D I returned my rental 2 days later as planned on April 12, and Summer warmly greeted me at the vehicle drop off location. She asked me how my experience was in driving the Jeep and the car rental process overall, which I replied the service from start to finish with this company was outstanding!!! Shout out to the entire Enterprise team for making my car rental experience seamless, very positive, and extremely memorable! Know that in the future I will always use you guys as my go-to company no matter what city I’m visiting! :D Roslyn J New York City
