  I don’t usually write reviews, but Jonathan was so helpful that I wanted to. From the beginning, he made the whole process easy. He called to confirm my reservation, and then called again before my appointment to let me know my car was ready. I told him I was moving and was worried about having enough space, so he made sure I got the best vehicle available in that category. He even folded the seats down before I got there because he knew I’d be loading all my stuff. It was such a thoughtful thing to do. Also, unlike the downtown Cleveland Enterprise, this location actually answers the phone every time you call. That made a huge difference during a stressful move because I never had to wonder if I was going to be able to reach someone. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Jonathan was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He’s definitely management material, and I have no doubt he’s going to go far in his career. Employees like him are the reason people come back. I’ll definitely be using this Enterprise again for future rentals. Thanks again, Jonathan!

  Very happy this location opened up. Wished I had known sooner. When I showed up for my reservation, the car was ready and Jonathon was super helpful. Hope to visit again soon.
