  Dennis M. at the Autozone on Mayfield helped me a great deal last Thursday evening. We were short on time and he also saved us a couple hundred bucks with a few min of his time and a willingness to share his expert knowledge. He even stayed a few mins past when his shift ended to make sure I felt comfortable with the work I’d done (it was my first time). His effort made our family roadtrip a pleasant one, and getting to do the work myself pleased me. He taught a man to fish, so to speak. His singular efforts and above average customer service brought me back today and I’ll continue coming here in the future. I hope that autozone does spot bonuses for exceptional employee performance. Dennis here deserves one of they do.

  Angel from the Mayfield Hts store helped me get brake lights for me great customer service. he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely shop here again.

  I stopped in this store this evening which is Memorial day because my check engine light came on my car and I needed it checked. I entered front door and the clerk behind the counter did not acknowledge me with a good evening, how may I help you at all. I approached him and ask can he diagnose my vehicle and his reply was when I finish this...which by no means is not a problem if he had just said good evening, hi or I will be with you in a moment. Another clerk working on the sales floor walked up looking bothered also but brought the machine outside begrudgingly. His claim was he could not get a reading on my vehicle. I drove less than a mile to your competitor ( O' Reilly) and was greeted and diagnosed without incident. I worked retail management for over thirty five years and recognize poor service. Also mind you, no other customers were in your store. There's no excuse for this kind of behavior when servicing the public. We help in paying the hourly wages to your employees. Simple business but very poor service.
