  Recently rented a vehicle at the Cleveland airport. Minor issue with car not Alamo fault Mine for choosing and fords for building it Manager. Ainsley way overdressed for work was great Swapped me out at her discretion with a fantastic car In and out easy peasy highly recommend Also not Alamo fault but Cleveland airport sucks so for them to provide great service despite that handicap Bigger props

  I made a mistake on my return city. The agent said I had to make a new reservation at the counter. He wouldn’t make it for me or couldn’t. Then the original rate of $68 a day was not honored. The rate jumped to $111 dollars a day.

  I am not a fan of the software entered into the entertainment system which was hard to navigate and which signed me up for a Media service I did not want. I was hurried as I wanted to get driving. Other than that, and the long walk to the bus to the rental cars, I would have given five stars. I feel like I was hurried into trying to get the entertainment system working. By the way, the details of what I signed up for were MASSIVE, and I scrolled though it with great frustration.

  We had a great expedience with the Alamo agency. Our rental agent Kyle was very pleasant and professional when we picked up the vehicle. Also the gentleman outside sorry I didn’t get his name but he was a tall black gentleman that directed us to our rental vehicle which was a New Beautiful Blue Mini Van on 6/16/26 at 2:12pm. Also on our return of the Van on 6/21/26 the young lady that received us was very polite as well this was around 12:30pm, black female short with bright complexion. We Love the Mini Van as well.

  I would like to recognize Dominic and the Alamo team for providing outstanding customer service during my recent rental experience. Although I encountered an issue with my rental vehicle, Dominic handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and care. He took the time to listen to my concerns, communicated clearly throughout the process, and worked diligently to ensure the issue was addressed appropriately. What impressed me most was the level of communication and customer care I received. Dominic remained courteous, responsive, and solution-oriented from start to finish. He made a stressful situation much easier to navigate and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. While vehicle issues can happen with any rental company, it is how those issues are handled that truly defines the customer experience. Dominic and the Alamo team exceeded my expectations through their professionalism, accountability, and dedication to resolving the matter. I greatly appreciate the support I received and would not hesitate to rent from Alamo again.
