I went to this location, and after a few minutes, a gentleman named Noel respectfully asked to see the relay; he went to the shelf himself and searched until he found the exact match. I paid, went home, installed it, and—voilà—it worked. I had been stuck all day because of that relay; if I had known, I would have come to this location from the start. Many thanks to Noel.

Since then, I go there for everything, brake pads, oil and filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs. Not to mention the service and the employees' friendliness; it really is the best Advance Auto in the area. The young man who helped me, Noel (he’s Puerto Rican), is always helpful and never gets a part , wiper or light bulb wrong. I’ve gone there on several occasions with different vehicles for wipers and batteries, and he never misses a beat he makes sure it’s the right part and that it’s installed correctly, and he is very polite. There is also a young woman (I think her name is Kalysha or Kaleysha), who is super friendly and helpful, too. They always go the extra mile; they are attentive and make the visit a pleasant experience.

The manager Stephanie was so nice and seemed to know what she was doing, she helped me pick out so fuel cleaner and a few other items. She was very informative and helpful. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
