- SWSam Woodard3 days ago1.0Reserved a car to pickup at 12-1pm. I showed up at 12:10 and they told me they closed. Then called the cops on me for being upset that I showed up at the time they set in the reservation. WORST EXPERIENCE ever.

The employees were nice and accommodating even while being inundated with phone calls and people coming in to get rentals. Unfortunately the car I received smelled like stale cigarettes and had to use multiple air fresheners to help lessen the smell as well as drive with the windows down often. When turning in the vehicle I brought this up and they were very nice and understanding. Would definitely rent with the company again.

However the time it took to get a car on Monday morning was unacceptable even though I had an appointment through insurance i waited over an hour. Employees said it is always like that on Mondays. After a lengthy wait, the first car he brought me to wasn't cleaned &15 minutes later, the next one, they couldn't locate something (plates or keys). There were many ppl waiting there for a long time, not just me. I am used to renting cars at the airport which takes just a few minutes so was quite surprised. The drop off, thanks to Tom, went very smoothly. Would recommend not to pick up on Monday morning.
