With all the car rental competition that’s out here now, one would think they’ve tighten up their organization, so I decided to give them another shot. I booked my reservation online thinking it would make a smooth transaction, but history is still repeating itself. I was told the car wasn’t even there yet but should be there in 30-45. Why confirm a time and scheduled pick up if the car isn’t ready? Additionally, they told me I would be charged for more days than I have the car because they are closed on the weekend….even tho the booking said I will only be charged for Friday and Saturday. If this information was transparent during the booking I would’ve never booked the vehicle because who wants to pay for something they’re not using. What a bait and switch scheme. I will never use enterprise again. The unprecedented unprofessional and the lack of organization may never change. I would caution anyone who’s looking to use them to have a back up plan or don’t use them at all. There are other great rental services out here that won’t leave you disappointed and having to cancel plans.

Upon drop off, I shared with Joe just as an FYI before it was sent out again. Instead of just nodding and giving the typical "thanks for letting us know" comment; he took it a step further and came out to the truck to look at what I mentioned and he was apologetic (not his fault) but he exhibited something not often seen nowadays - attentiveness and great customer service. Joe is awesome and definitely will be a reason why my family only rents from Enterprise!
