I got to this store and the kid behind the counter said, the other store should have called us because our inventory is off. I dont feel like it was the other locations responsibility to call based off what the system said you had. I feel its your responsibility to ensure proper inventory, and i know the system updates... but doubtful this specific part is ordered so much that someone got it before i did. Highly aggravated.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
