In the middle of July 2026, my son had an accident on his way home from visiting family. Since he still had a 12 hour drive home, there was no way to tow his truck back. We instead got him a hotel room and found Xpress Pro Tire & Auto. Xpress promptly got his truck in and started fixing it up. They went above and beyond to make sure to get his truck back on the road safely so this momma did not have to worry for the rest of the drive home. They took care of him, his little brother and cousin while they were at the shop; checked on them and made sure they were good and safe. Shout out to Brian who called me and kept me updated with the truck and my boys. He also gave my youngest son money to buy snacks from the vending machine and went out of his way to get parts that were not in stock locally. I cannot thank the men working at this garage enough for taking care of my boys and getting them back on the road quick and safely. From the bottom of my heart....Thank You!!!! May God bless each and every one of you working there and may this Xpress Pro Tire prosper and receive many blessings!

08/17/26 UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW — UNBELIEVABLE FOLLOW-UP CALL I received a call today from Greg Miller, Director of Operations at the corporate office. At first, he apologized for what happened. However, the conversation quickly shifted toward telling me that there was supposedly nothing wrong with my car and making statements that felt like an attempt to minimize or avoid responsibility for what happened at the shop. I told him very clearly that I would wait to hear directly from Audi about the actual condition of my vehicle. I also thanked him for calling, but explained that I am extremely disappointed by everything that has happened at this shop. What happened next was honestly shocking. Before I have even had the opportunity to speak with Audi and before the condition of my vehicle has been independently determined, Greg told me that the manager at the shop had become so stressed by this situation that he collapsed at the shop and had to go to the emergency room. I asked him directly: “Are you trying to pressure me or make me feel guilty?” I explained that I have also experienced an enormous amount of stress since Saturday because of what happened to my car. His response was essentially that my stress was not something that needed to be discussed. At that point, the conversation became heated. I asked how the manager’s stress could be considered important while the stress and anxiety that I, the customer, have experienced were apparently irrelevant. I ultimately ended the call. I have never experienced anything like this from a business before. At this point, I am not interested in arguments or emotional pressure. I simply want the facts documented, my vehicle properly inspected by Audi, and an honest explanation of exactly what was done to my car. The condition of my vehicle should be determined by qualified Audi technicians — not by statements from the shop before Audi has even examined it. I will update this review again after I speak with Audi and have an independent assessment of my vehicle. 08/15/26 I had a very concerning experience at this shop. During an oil service, an inexperienced technician mistakenly confused the engine oil with the transmission fluid and admitted the mistake to me. He told me that he had drained the transmission fluid. After the service, my car began producing a large amount of smoke. What was especially concerning was that the vehicle was repeatedly started and the engine was run and revved for an extended period while the transmission fluid had reportedly been drained and the engine oil had been overfilled. The vehicle was even driven for approximately 7–8 minutes while they were trying to figure out what had happened. I contacted an Audi dealership because I was extremely concerned. Audi advised me not to drive the vehicle because the transmission fluid had been drained and the engine had been operated for an extended period while the engine oil was overfilled, and they could not know what condition the engine and transmission were in without inspecting the vehicle. Audi recommended having the vehicle towed in for inspection. Despite this, the shop told me the car was fine and that I should just take it. I did not feel comfortable doing that, so I arranged to have the vehicle towed to Audi for an independent inspection. I had also specifically asked the shop not to touch or modify the vehicle any further before Audi could inspect it. Despite that, they later told me they had worked on the vehicle again and tightened a “loose valve,” claiming that the smoke had decreased. The lack of professionalism and judgment throughout this situation was extremely concerning. A basic oil service should never turn into a situation where the customer is afraid to drive the vehicle and has to have it independently inspected to determine whether it is safe.

I had Xpress check out a used car I was considering buying for my daughter. They worked us in on same day notice, showed me what they found, and gave a rough cost estimate on repair costs. Money well spent as the repairs needed were expensive including brakes, shocks, struts, rocker arm, and tires. The invoice included what they found that needed fixing. Happy with the service!
