  They handled my vehicle with utmost professionalism and care. I called them when they first opened, and I was promptly taken care of. I left my vehicle there for a few hours, and it was fixed quickly. Throughout the entire process, they maintained excellent communication.

  I absolutely just LOVE this place! The employees, their customer service, the atmosphere, environment, friendliness & person-ability! I always have a great experience when I come here. I’ve come once before to get a tire pressure monitor system replaced and the worker and I talked for an hour while they replaced it—very sweet man. I had a TERRIBLE experience at Tire Discounters on winton road, went right next door to the Xpress Pro and they sent me straight to the Xpress Pro on Colerain. Had my tire I needed in stock and replaced it within 45 minutes with no hesitation or hassle. Tire Discounters was extremely rude, said my tires were bald lol and tried to convince me I needed four new tires on my 4 year old car when Xpress Pro quickly changed my one spare out with no argument and left me walking out a smiling customer. I’ll be back for the other 3 soon. Goes to show kindness goes a long way because the business they turned down cost them & I’ll be getting my 4 new tires from XPRESS PRO! Thank you!!!!
