When the quoted part was unavailable, they installed a brand-new mirror without ever contacting me or asking for my approval. When I picked up my 2018 Honda Civic, I was presented with a bill for nearly $1,000 instead of the agreed-upon price. The issue wasn’t that a different part was needed—it was that they made a major change without my authorization. A simple phone call would have allowed me to decide whether I wanted to proceed or explore other options. When I questioned the unexpected increase, the owner argued with both my mother and me instead of taking responsibility for the lack of communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Woods Collision. Customers deserve to be informed and asked for approval before additional work that significantly increases the cost is performed. Unfortunately, I left feeling that profit was prioritized over customer service and communication.

The service is outstanding and the staff will keep you up to date as the process moves forward. Highly recommend woods collision. This time around, they also hooked me up with Someone they knew who could clean up my headlights, and those also turned out good.They looked great when I got the car back. I'll post later with his name.And how you can get in contact with him, if you need your headlights cleaned up
