  10/10 customer service. The assistant manager Joshua was the coolest guy I've met all month; super friendly, helpful, and useful in training Jontae on how to reset my oil service tracker. Thanks guys!

  When I pulled up to Valvoline and talk to Joshua he was fully understanding of everything I wanted done Joshua and Cody and Tyler knew exactly what I wanted and they got it done fast and accurate in time They definitely made me a believer in Valvoline and I’m very confident on the job done Thank you guys for everything

  I would not recommend getting your oil changed here. They overfilled my engine with oil by approximately 3–4 finger widths above the maximum mark on the dipstick, which is roughly 3 liters (about 3.2 quarts) over the proper level. After the oil change, my vehicle started producing white/gray smoke and developed a misfire. Because I didn’t initially suspect the oil level was the problem, I spent money on other maintenance and diagnostic work trying to find the cause. Eventually, I checked the oil level myself and discovered it was severely overfilled. After lowering the oil to the correct level, the smoke disappeared, the misfire stopped, and the vehicle ran normally again. If you get your oil changed here, make sure to check the oil level yourself immediately afterward.
