  I went in for an oil change and, during their routine inspection, they noticed one of my headlights and 2 of my tail lights were out. They took the time to change the bulbs so I didn't have to. They were all very friendly, polite and courteous and made my car safer to drive. I'll definitely be going back in another 3,000 miles.

  Do not go to this branch I went there to change the oil and they told me the AC air needed to be changed because the gas had gone a long distance They charged me 250 dollars The people working at this branch are scammers and they only want to increase the store sales I told all my friends after going to this branch I already told everyone what happened to me Do not go there

  Got oil change and asked for tire pressure to be checked as 1 of the tires was low. While everyone was kind, they did not check the tires or add air and then lied about doing so. They also checked on my receipt that the windshield wiper fluid was checked and full, but again it was not. I sat and watched them and none of it was completed. Not really trusting this time.

  Unfortunately, my experience with Valvoline was extremely disappointing. I came in for a simple oil change, clearly stating that no other work was needed. However, without my consent, they replaced the cabin air filter and, in the process, damaged my glove compartment. This was very frustrating, as I expected honest and professional service. I am very disappointed with the service.
