  I went to get an oil change and they recommended a radiator flush. I obliged and my car was a little louder when I left than it was before the service was performed. Fast forward 2 months, my engine is making noises and overheating. Take it to a shop to get looked at, mechanic went to replace the oil pan and 2 quarts of engine coolant came out first then the oil. Meaning, they put coolant in the engine and then put the oil on top costing me a $1500.00 repair bill! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

  Do not trust this location. I have been a loyal customer for years, but after they nearly destroyed my engine and completely dodged responsibility, I will never return. On 5/19, I got an oil change here. The very next day, my car stalled, the oil light came on, and I found a massive puddle of oil underneath it. The engine was completely empty of oil. Valvoline sent a tech who dumped about 3 quarts back in (spilling it all over my engine in the process). My Valvoline invoice says they charged me for a Valvoline filter, but an independent inspection by AAA states the oil filter was leaking and needs replaced. I have photographic proof of this filter leaking. It was actually a Carquest oil filter and not a Valvoline one. Valvoline had the car towed to Urb’s Garage for a second opinion. Valvoline then denied my claim, blaming a "valve cover gasket." However, Urb’s Garage later admitted to us that Valvoline refused to let them degrease the engine for a proper inspection, didn't tell them how much oil was lost, and left them hanging for days. I had a 20-year ASE Certified Mechanic inspect the car with me. We provided a full PDF of screenshots, videos, and photos showing clear Valvoline fault. The store manager agreed our evidence didn't match the denial, yet the franchise management denied the claim anyway without ever explaining why. I have been without a car for two weeks, forced to Uber and borrow vehicles, while Valvoline management chose to play games instead of fixing their clear mistake. It is disgraceful to present a company with undeniable photographic proof of fault only to be ignored. Avoid this place at all costs.
