  The employees were very commercial and very welcoming. I felt ripped off. to give you an idea, I was charged 60 dollars for a cabin filter change with a 20% discount which is $12 off then the oil change cost me 105.99( I do not know what kind of oil that is, apparently that is the one that was used y my spouse the last time) so all in all, it had cost me 148ish. Time is hard and they could have told me that I did not need that high price but I guess everyone is trying to put money where they can while they are after all people just like us. I could have saved money by going to walmart and buying the same filter for 1/3 of the price and replace it myself but no, they would have lost money by making such suggestion! my last visit there. And the fake compliments, please! keep it for yourself! it does not change my pocket but yours! If it was a family member you would never have done him like this

  Overall, my experience was great. However, I noticed they you were a lot of young adults Who is not really taking their job seriously. It was a lot of playing amongst each other.

  The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer all of my questions. I actually have a Valvoline closer to my home, and this location is a bit out of my way. However, the exceptional customer service made the extra drive well worth it. It’s not often you come across a team that makes you feel valued as a customer. Based on my experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Keep up the great work!

  While the oil change was fine, I don’t like the company’s policy of adding a surcharge to the order due to the “volatility in the oil market”.

  My only negative is that there wasn’t anything placed on the floor in front of the passenger seat when the filter was removed from the glove box because I just had my car detailed and a lot of whatever was in the filter fell to the floor.
