  Cayden was the attendant I was dealing with he was a young but he gave me hope that customer service was not a thing of the past he suggested services not force them told me the benefits of getting them he also helped me get a coupon for the oil change he explained what they were going to do before they did it and he was very personable for being so young The other attendants also were young but I was observing they were very personable also . Good Job 6449 Glenway I will return and tell all my friends

  Darrion(sp?) is incredible.Just went at end of day with a "non-oil" request, in which he didnt have to oblidge, but did so, with clear communication, professionalism, on-point knowledge, and with a smile on his face.Dude needs to be in management, or whatever realm utilizes his skill set.Will be my new oil-change spot, based on him solely.Wish all places of service would be on his level of customer service and simply caring!

  Jeremiah & team were great! They explained everything that they were checking, they didn’t pressure services, & gave helpful explanations of what was needed & why. They turned a stressful morning into an easy errand!

  Kyle the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He Introduced himself and his staff and didn’t pressure me to buy any adds on than a regular oil change. He provided info for me instead and suggested when I should take care of the other services. Thanks a lot Kyle. I will be back because of your customer service.
