  Hosea was fantastic. Nice, polite and informative. The whole team was great. This was the first time I had been to this particular location but definitely will be my go to moving forward!! 5 stars for sure!!!

  I have been going here for many years for an oil change I felt that I was getting my money's worth because they would do an overall check on my vehicle during these oil changes, well I decided for some reason to take my car to a different place for my oil change I chose to go to 5 minute oil change on Glenway avenue instead, during the oil change they also did an overall check on my car because when I got there they said they saw smoke coming from my engine and that they will check it out to see what was causing it, they found that there was no antifreeze in my car at all just water, I contacted Valvoline concerning this find, they called me back a day or two later saying that on the video they see their technician topping off the antifreeze in my car, and as anyone knows that if you were topping off antifreeze with antifreeze why would there be absolutely not one bit of antifreeze in the car just water, I would say to everyone that goes to this particular place to be very careful about what is being done to your car there because like I said there was nothing but water in my my engine and not a single bit of antifreeze I really don't know how my car made it through the winter months with no antifreeze at all!! Be careful folks just putting this out there because I wouldn't want anyone's car to burn up because I didn't say anything it's very fortunate for me that my car did not burn up under their care!

  Kyle the manager was very helpful. He and the team were very fast. They caughtvthat I had a brake light out and replaced that for me. I had no wait time at all to get in. Enjoyed getting the recommended service sheet at the end.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Huge shoutout to Kyle the store manager at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! He gave me the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. Super professional, fast, respectful, and explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into extra services. The whole team was friendly, but Kyle really went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. I was in and out quickly, and my car is running great. If you need an oil change, definitely ask for Kyle — 10/10 service and customer care!

  Every one was nice and I got out faster than usual. They showed me the cabin air filter like the always do but did not tell me how much it was to replace. Usually it was only $25 or $30 and I will do it for convenience but today it was $59.99. Had I known that I would never have had it replaced because I can get that filter online for less than $20 and it is super easy to do. The oil change itself was only $77.99, $62.99 with coupon and is significantly harder to do. I was going to do a transmission flush next visit but I don't know that I trust them anymore.
