- GCGabby Crossmantoday5.0Staff was super nice, not pushy, got my car in and out in a timely manner! Von, Mike, and Cayden were doing great getting the long line of cars in and out, very hard working gentlemen!
- CCCassie Cecil3 days ago1.0Terrible experience, the sticker machine was not working and they were not planning on telling me until I asked about it. I also had to request for them to re set my oil life percentage, once I asked they were very rude about it and did not care about “customer service” experience. Whenever I would ask a question I got very rude answers, I will not be back at this location.
- CMCandace Mcclellan6 days ago4.0Would have given the 5th star but oil was all over the front of my Camaro where they leaned on it. I washed right off but still.
- DWDeonta WallerSep 18, 20265.0The employees were sooo sweet and patient. Very professional and courteous. I will be back.
- KGKevin GaldamezSep 12, 20262.0I’ve been pretty consistent coming to this location. In the last three oil changes this has happened: 1- by the time I make it to my garage (15 mins drive) there is a puddle of oil, which means that they are messy doing their work. I was concerned the oil filter was loose one time. I’ve had to get under. Nothing. 2- they overfilled my oil one time to the point of me burning excess oil and have big clouds of smoke. I came back at 1,000 miles to get it changed. 3- they keep on being messy after the work. I’m not coming back again. I can’t be cleaning my driveway and garage after each time..
