  Was there this Sunday and was treated great. The women manager was super knowledgeable and very nice and honest. 10/10 service will go back there for every oil change.

  This was my first oil change at Valvoline and it'll be the only place I go moving forward. Lorenzo, Ken, and Maleek were not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also extremely kind and helpful. I'm 9 months pregnant, so I needed assistance at different times (e.g., pulling the lever to open the car hood) and each of them made sure they got my consent before doing anything. I'll definitely be back for more car maintenance at the North Bend location because of the exceptional service.

  North Bend Road in Cincinnati does a good job! I go there whenever I need an oil change! Quick and professional service!

  Came in for a top off of transmission fluid and technician didn’t seem knowledgeable or confident. One person said they couldn’t do it and one said they could. When it comes to a transmission, you want a crew that inform and get the job done. I was already on the wall with valvolines oil quality, but this took it to another level.

  My n oil change took 1hr 20 minutes. 1hr wait, 20 mins of quick service. Because I expressed my thoughts of the long wait the manager got on the defensive side, just sharing if the wait is gonna be long, please Inform your customers. I called customer service I was.given a coupon upon checking out she replied I couldn't use it, she hadn't even scanned the coupon yet. Until I said customer service gave me this she proceeded to scan. I received no paper work upon completion, not unless the paper policy has changed. Hopefully my next visit won't be as such.
