  I went for a OIL CHANGE !!!!! It took 1 to even get seen! And when I did finally get seen they tried to get my to get hella other stuff like no I’m Berber going there again I said just the standard and they did not do that.

  Went for an oil change and I should have known better but I was in a hurry and had a lot to get done that day. While about to air my tires, the technician told me I get 38PSI in my tires, I said no, my car take 50 Psi my car has 20” low profiles. I got out and showed him on the sidewall specs for the tires that is what is what my tires called for. I told him that’s on every tire no matter the car, He said he didn’t know that and I’ve been working here about a year. ( how is this not standard training for a place that airs tires) is beyond me. That should have been my indicator to leave but I was already there for my oil change and didn’t have time as it was. Needless to say I got my oil changed and within a few hours had oil pressure light going off on my car and checked oil right around the corner from their garage and it was low and went right there when light went signaled. Oil was leaking onto the ground and was low when they checked it. OF COURSE THEY SAID IT WASNT THEIR FAULT “ needless to say I am having a post oil change inspection done in the morning after having to call off of work. I am beyond infuriated with this as my car has not had one single issue since I bought it, was just at the Buick dealership for an inspection after having some body work done in the rear end and I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

  Love this place and only been once! The most helpful men I’ve met this year. DJ and Kevin were very respectful and generous. Awesome team work. Good men. They also saved us from a spider !

  It was my first time here. I had a great experience. The manager Sonja was very professional with great communication skills and work ethics. I appreciate her entire team for the effort and work done on my car.I’m definitely coming here for more services.

  This was the first time I've ever gone to a Valvoline oil change shop I went to the one on North bend road in front of Sam's. Great experience! The manager Sonya is incredible. She was training two new employees when I was there and she double checked everything they did and coached them and encouraged them. They did a really complete job and even caught that my air cleaner was filthy even though I had had the car checked recently at the dealer. A+ +. Can highly recommend and will definitely go back in the future. I knew I was overdue on my oil change and was desperate to get in somewhere and I thought well that's okay one of these quickie places will be good enough and only to be pleasantly surprised at the quality and thoroughness. Well done!
