I had to stop in at this location to get my AC fixed on a very hot day and despite it being a stressful and annoying errand to run, Trey, who manages this store, went above and beyond to make this experience the best it could be. It was hands-down the BEST experience I’ve ever had with Valvoline. Trey was informative, kind, helped me unload my kids into the air conditioned lobby, very communicative about the process of what the work entailed, with constant check-ins during the work. He made sure to be very transparent upfront about all of my options, including going to a full-service shop if I felt that was appropriate – he gave me all my options and all the information he could off of the bat. He explained everything in detail, was very upfront and very knowledgeable and I felt that I was in very good hands from the beginning. Everyone who worked here was so nice and so thoughtful and pleasant to work with. They even mentioned having a toy box for the kids to play with. This is the only Valvoline I will ever come to again.
Oil Service done at 2690 Madison Rd, Cincinnati OH 45208. Khi was super polite and gave me a water when i arrived. George did the oil change. Very polite and responsive. Khi told me they could not reset the change oil light or tire pressure warning light. I feel like they should be able to do tge aforementioned and ive had that done at othe Vavolines across the U.S. He also affixed a change oil sticker on my windshield reflecting a recommended oil change in 3 months or 3000 miles (after this change). They used European full synthetic 5w30 and a full synthetic premium filter which should only require and oil change in 1 year or 10, 000 miles. This could cause someone who is not knowledgeable about the maintenance requirements of their car to change oil more frequently than required. The cost was $5 more than quoted ( before tax). I followed up with a phone call to Valvoline and the person doing quotes could not explain the difference. VW Service could have done this service cheaper.
The managers and crew were absolutely amazing during one of the most hottest days so far !!! Very professional and accommodating!! you could tell that the manager in the crew took extreme pride in the customer service that they give it was such an amazing experience once again. I haven’t had an experience like that in a while and I feel like these guys should be recognized further than just a Google review

Most of the staff was very nice and changed my oil in a timely fashion and with good quality. Unfortunately, the gentleman that was taking care of me was very condescending. He asked if I wanted my transmission fluid changed and one I said no, he responded with “okay, I get it. If your car breaks down, just pull over and call a tow truck. Some people prefer to spend $3800 to get their car fixed. Some people prefer to spend that money instead of spending $130 now. Some people prefer that. I get it”. And then he did the exact same thing when he asked about my radiator. It was very rude and condensing. It was not necessary and was the opposite of a good salesman. I wish I remembered his name, but it really should addressed.

This place was unexpectedly great. The only bad thing that I have to say that it was stuffed into a very clumsy spot at Rookwood almost as an afterthought.
I got right in there. The staff guys act very butch, but they are great and know their business. They point out problems (like air filter) but don't try to push a new one down your throat.
They took the time to really go over the car and pointed out a recall on the vehicle.
They were just good guys and it was a solid visit - plus - they gave me a senior discount after I asked nicely.
