  What an enjoyable experience. It is fun to listen to the sing song call and answer system these techs are trained in. Miqael, my apologies for the spelling, was phenomenal. He had the opportunity to offer some feedback to a crew member. I can tell his crew fully respects him. I loved this errand today and that's saying a lot.

  I was visiting Cincinnati when my engine oil light came on. It happened twice within one year before my visit and at both times, I had the oil changed at the place (which is not Valvoline) I go to where I live. I have the car for 8 years and it was the first time the engine light came on. At this Valvoline place, they showed me the oil stick after changing the oil and it was something that the other place didn't do. It helped me to know that the oil had been changed and that it was full. Also, they did the rear differential on my car and the tire pressure light stopped lighting up. So I appreciate this business for taking care of the problems.
