  As always, a wonderful experience and in/out very quickly. The staff is so efficient and has phenomenal work ethic. George took great care of me today. Another perk, they put air in my tires. Very grateful for this quick and easy experience on my Sunday!

  This location is an absolute JOKE, if I could rate them 0 stars then I would. First off, they never scanned my car into their system which is something they're supposed to do on every single vehicle that comes in for service (I know this because I myself am a former employee of VIOC and I worked there quite recently at a different location, but procedure is standardized across all stores). Secondly, the tech who was guiding me into the bay were going which is extremely dangerous, he was looking off to the left at something else. I could've drove straight into the pit due to his negligence of paying attention. Last but certainly not least because this is the part that pisses me off the most. All I came in for was to have my fluids topped off and tires inflated, and they somehow even managed to screw that up. A few hours after my visit I had noticed that all but 1 of my CUSTOM valve stem caps were missing. Which wouldn't have been that big of a deal had they been just your standard run of the mill grey or black plastic ones, but they were CUSTOM caps like I said that I paid $10 a piece for and they look like orange bullets. I called customer service to make a claim about it over the phone and informed the service center manager of that location about what happened. He then of course proceeded to completely deny it by claiming he had checked the cameras and saw the tech put them back on which is a straight up LIE! I will NEVER be coming back to this absolute clown show of a store, it was BY FAR the WORST experience I've EVER had at ANY Valvoline EVER!!! 0/10, would NOT recommend going here. You're better off going to the one in Oakley

  Tj and his great communicative team at the Norwood location off Madison Rd did a great job assessing my vehicle and helped me save moneybon long term car damage as they told me about a transmission leak. extremely grateful

  Troy and Duncan are the best I get them every time and they do great work. I love this Valvoline location because no matter who takes care of my car they all do a great job period. Troy always goes above and beyond for me with his work and recommendations for my car helping me to keep it in top notch condition. He always does everything with a smile and a good attitude and I appreciate him and all the workers in this location. This is by far the best location and you can’t go wrong with any of the technicians there. They are all good guys and great people. Thank you guys again for your continued service.

  I've been coming here for years and they take care of oil change needs. Stopped by today for a quick check of an issue and without a hassle they took care of it immediately. Helped me understand the issue and I was out the door in 10 minutes (after getting a quote of $$ from the dealership). Terrence was great at helping me out so it doesnt happen again.
