They do not Understand the significance of oil to an engine. They refused to poor my premium oil from my container and demanded to pour my oil into their contaminated container citing company policy. As a certified machinery lubrication engineer I understand lubrication and how it plays in engine life. I will never return to Valvoline and I recommend against anyone else using an organization solely interested in profit or lubrication excellence.

Nate was amazing…he was extremely knowledgeable about vehicle repairs and provided me with all the information necessary to make an informed, confident decision on what to do, and not do. He was so patient, and not at all pushy, which I definitely appreciated. The team that serviced my vehicle was diligent, yet efficient, but mostly very personable polite. Would definitely use this location again.!
