- CWChristo WallaceAug 26, 20262.0The assistant manager of the store was great, but Xavier was extremely unprofessional. When I pulled up he rolled his eyes and got mad that someone showed up. Someone pulled up behind me and he said “ come on people go away!” “Two F**king Chevys to start the day.” He complained the entire time. Luckily for the assistant manager Domarian the experience was made way better.

I have been a loyal customer for years, but today I learned that my previous oil change may not have been performed correctly. I was told my oil was overfilled and that the old oil may never have been drained during my last visit. To make matters worse, this is the same location that previously failed to properly close my hood after service. I discovered the hood issue while driving on the highway, creating a potentially dangerous situation. I paid approximately $80 for my last oil change and received no apology, no explanation, and no offer to make things right when this issue was discovered. The employee simply informed me of the problem and moved on. No manager spoke with me, and no effort was made to address my concerns. Mistakes can happen, but a lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I no longer trust this location to perform basic vehicle maintenance, and I will not be returning.

They did a great job and recommended services that I really needed like a transmission flush, which had never been done on this old Nissan. Damarion was super helpful and explained everything in detail. My car is running great now after a full synthetic oil change and transmission flush. Back on the road in less than 20 min or so. Highly recommend these guys!
