Robert, the manager, addressed my concerns very professionally and had vast knowledge of my car's requirements. I so appreciated his concern and his wanting to keep a customer happy! This is my go-to for my oil changes!

Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, so this review isn’t about the people—it’s about the experience.
I went in for what should have been one of the simplest car repairs: replacing a front headlight bulb. Valvoline installed the new bulb, but when it still didn’t work, I was told it was “probably an electrical issue” and that I’d need to take it to an auto shop.
So I made an appointment, took a day off work, paid for a diagnostic test, used a rental car for the day, stressed about potential expensive repairs… only to find out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the electrical system.
The problem? The headlight had been installed incorrectly at Valvoline.
So instead of a 10-minute bulb replacement, I got a surprise vacation day, a diagnostic bill, and a lesson in patience. My headlight wasn’t the only thing left in the dark.
Friendly staff, but this mistake cost me time, money, and a whole lot of unnecessary frustration. I really hope more care is taken with simple repairs, because this one was anything but simple by the time it was over.

I had a great experience at Valvoline today. Sam, the CSR, was friendly, welcoming, and kept me informed throughout the visit. Kenny worked underneath the car while Warn handled everything topside, and the whole team was professional, organized, and worked quickly. They made the process easy and efficient while providing excellent customer service. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was. I’d definitely come back!
There were extra services that I didn't expect, and really appreciated. Filling the air pressure on the tires saved me a trip to the gas station. The bottle of cold water while I waited was a nice touch. I also think Kenny did a great job with his communication and customer service. Great attitude and energy. Give that man a raise for real. I also just enjoy watching a team work and they seemed to be a great crew all around (and very efficient.)
