  Ramylah, Gilbert, and Samuels’ customer service was nothing short of top tier! I was a little leery about getting an oil change because I was pressed for time and honestly considered coming back another day. I’m so glad I didn’t! From 3:55p to 4:13p, they had me taken care of and on my way. They were extremely professional, took the time to explain everything to me, and patiently answered all of my questions. Quick, efficient, and excellent customer service from start to finish!

  I stopped by today. The young man was very friendly. However, upon entering the bay, none of the lights were checked. I also didn’t notice the guy under the hood check the air filter. I stopped by this location just because of the reviews! I’m going to get my little car checked out at the North Bend location tomorrow and make sure that I don’t need a new air filter, all of my lights and other fluids.
