  The technician did not offer me the different oil options you have available. Therefore, I overpaid for my oil change. My vehicle has low mileage about 16k. I should’ve been offered an oil option based on this. However I paid for a Full Synthetic Oil change when I could have received a Max life for a lesser charge.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline in Western Hills, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Mike! He went above and beyond to help me with my repair. He was very professional, kind, patient, and considerate throughout the entire process. Mike took the time to make sure my issue was taken care of and made me feel like I was genuinely being cared for as a customer. It’s not every day that you come across someone who takes such pride in providing great service. Thank you, Mike, for your kindness, professionalism, and for making sure my repair was fixed properly. I truly appreciate you! Valvoline is blessed to have you. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, helpful, and friendly service! 🙌🏽

  Lana (Assistant Manager) is absolutely incredible. She is so friendly and professional. She is also brilliant about the vehicle systems and taught me about the oil evacuation systems and explained that it helps prevent wear and tear on the oil pan and oil pan bolt. Because of her this is my new permanent oil change location.
