I have been to several Valvolines, but this one by far has been the most efficient and courteous. The techs were knowledgeable, extremely respectful and friendly. The service received was excellent. Thanks Valvoline Team on Colerain, you are fantastic. Now, don't mess up y'all and make this review not true.

- KSKim ScottAug 17, 20261.0Paid for an oil change on 8/15. The employee stated we change the filter ,we change the oil and check the fluids, tires all of that. Once the oil was changed, he proceeded to taking my payment and had not offerred to change my filter no one confirmed tires pressure nor fluids etc. This was horrible, and this is not the first time where I have paid for services and felt rushed and did not get what was offered. Not to mention, they didnt reset my mileage. Horrible service and the man's name is George.
