The number I dialed was a Cincinnati #, but later realized that all calls are routed and handled through a centralized location in Georgia. I called for a quote to sell a car for junk and I specifically asked about a pickup on a Sunday. I received a quote and received an email confirmation for the pick up and sale of my car on Sunday 6/28/26. On Sunday morning 6/28/26, I called to get an ETA of the tow truck arriving to pick up the car I was selling. I was informed at that time that they did not operate on Sundays, despite what I was told and received an email confirmation. I traveled across the state of Ohio in order to facilitate this sale, which was ultimately a complete waste of time based on the false information and confirmation provided.
- MBM BJun 26, 20265.0I had a very good experience buying an alloy wheel with a tire that after I got in back to my shop I discovered the tire had sidewall damage. I took it back the next day and learned that they would swap me for a different tire and if I found a better wheel I could swap that also. There is only a 2 day return on tires so don't delay but I found a good 1 year old tire and a better alloy wheel! I got cash back for the core on the alloy wheel with the return of my destroyed wheel and since the swap happened on father's day I left with a $7.45 store credit!! Thanks for helping me jump through all the rule hoops with very nice attitude to: Connie, Trish, Shelly & Roger!! Well organized layout and up to date printouts make finding parts straight forward! Note to upper management: 1. Give these helpful folks a bonus. 2. The manual tire changing machine at the Cincinnati location is in bad shape. Come on guys -- you have a profitable enterprise --- that tire changing machine reflects poorly on your franchise!! Give Connie an ok to replace it.

The tow truck driver who came to take my car—a rude guy with disgusting teeth—said he wouldn't pay me in cash, and that if I didn't agree, he would leave without taking the car.
