- TWtracy weaver1 day ago1.0My car was safer when I drove it in than when I picked up my car! They broke a stud of my wheel and when they called to tell me they said I need new breaks and routers that would be an extra $500 for that and they would replace the stud for free. I declined them on doing the breaks and routers but not replacing the stud. Went to pick up the car and found out that they did not even replace the stud because I did not want to spend $500 on breaks and routers. So they let me leave with an unsafe car because they did not want to fix their mistake. So I would not use them.

They will always deny a cancellation even if it's within the same second of your order placement! They refuse returns also so you either have to refuse shipment on delivery or use ebay buyers protection after its been shipped! They purposely do this because Ebay allows them to so of course they deny all cancelations requests.They do it to float your money for weeks before they actually issue you a refund. They do it in the hopes that ebay refuses the return.They do it because Ebay sides with the sellers now so don't buy from Ebay or this seller! Worse case is you call your bank and report fraud on them.

And make an appointment dropped off Saturday at 8:30 1/2 hour before my appointment Told it would be finished by 11 went there at 11:30 truck had not even touched. Ed working the front counter was extremely rude and when I asked for the corporate phone number he said goggle it. Never again.

I paid upfront for tires and ended up not getting them for various reasons. This happened February 13th. Today is March 13th and I still have yet to receive my refund. And no one can give me any type of answer as to why. Very disappointing.

Doesn’t know how to talk to people called me his buddy And while on the phone, he was yelling at his employees telling me I’m still listening didn’t seem like he cared what I had to say took two weeks for him to call me back and then lied and said he tried calling me twice and that is a lie so I suggest not doing business with this company because they do not honor their warranty they said I signed My warranty and I never signed nothing when I bought the set of tires . The regional manager should not be regional manager or be calling people because he does not know how to talk to people.

With the Tire Discounters Nationwide Worry Free Guarantee, we’ll be a phone call away no matter where the road takes you!
The Tire Discounters Nationwide Worry Free Guarantee is a limited tire protection plan. It covers your tires from the time of purchase to 3/32" tread, up to 36 months. It can be yours for just 12.5% of the retail price of each tire or a minimum of $9.99 per tire. Then, you’re covered nationwide.
The Tire Discounters Nationwide Worry Free Guarantee offers tire replacement up to the original cost of the tire down to 3/32" tread, or 36 months. You’ll still need to cover the installation, but the tire is completely covered. Plus, 24-Hour Roadside Assistance Benefit is included for the first 12 months at no additional cost.
Exclusions and Limitations to the Tire Discounters Nationwide Worry Free Guarantee: Vehicles not eligible for Worry Free Guarantee include Commercial Vehicles, Trailers, Vehicles with a load rating capacity over 1 ton and Farm or Agricultural Vehicles. The Guarantee is not available for tires mounted on rims larger than 22” or with an aspect ratio less than 40, or on specialty tires used for sport performance.
