  UPDATE to my 0-star review below — 6Shinkles This is to: Gary Haynes, Vice President of Tire Discounters, We spoke with you directly on August 4, 2026 regarding the ongoing problems with our van. During that conversation, you acknowledged that Tire Discounters had handled our situation incorrectly and stated that the company had “dropped the ball.” You offered compensation and told us you would get back with us regarding a resolution. We picked up our van on August 5, 2026, after 10 weeks, six drop-offs, and six pickup/pickup attempts. After we picked up the van, communication from you stopped. We made repeated attempts to reach you by phone, text, and email and received no response. The van is also still not properly repaired. It continues to make a rubbing/grinding noise that was not present before we brought it to Tire Discounters on May 27. Tire Discounters later responded publicly to our complaint stating: “Thank you for letting us know. We have escalated the matter and someone will be reaching out to you directly.” That was two weeks ago, and no one has contacted us. We paid Tire Discounters $4,582.20 and are requesting a full refund. We have now filed formal complaints with the Ohio Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Gary Haynes, you personally acknowledged that this situation was mishandled and told us you would follow up. We are still waiting for Tire Discounters to stand behind that commitment and resolve this matter.

  Well. Wish I would’ve read reviews. This. Place. Is. CRIMINAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Your car will NEVER be the same and they don’t care. They take your money and break your car. They are so big they buy up vacant buildings so other reputable companies can’t come in to compete. Find a small mom and pop to fix your car. May be a bit more money but your car will WORK!

  DO NOT USE TIRE DISCOUNTERS. ZERO STARS. We trusted Tire Discounters when we dropped our van off on May 27, 2026, for what was supposed to be a 2–3 day repair. After 6 repair attempts and 10 weeks, we picked it up on August 4, 2026 — still not repaired. We spent over $5,000 in repairs, in addition to nearly $1,800 on a rental vehicle while our van was unavailable. We dealt directly with Larry Molloy of Eastgate, District Manager JEREMY HAYNES, and Tire Discounters Vice President GARY HAYNES. GARY HAYNES personally acknowledged that Tire Discounters had “dropped the ball” and offered us a settlement. After we picked up the vehicle, however, we never heard from him again despite the fact that the vehicle was still not repaired. We made repeated calls, texts, and emails, sent certified letters to corporate, and participated in a management conference call. We have now filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Over $5,000 in repairs. Nearly $1,800 in rental expenses. Ten weeks. Six attempts. Vehicle still not repaired. DO NOT USE TIRE DISCOUNTERS.

  Made an appointment last week to have tires put on my Jeep. Shows they have the tires. Show up at 8 a.m. today. No tires. Had to be ordered. I take it back at 3. My frustration is if I made the appointment last week. Why do they not send the store an appointment order so they are prepared for today? Your online appointment process is extremely flawed!!!!

  I went.\n There to get a front wheel alignment, I ended up buying 4 tires because they told me they could do a front wheel alignment for an oil change. For free, guess what they didn't do. None of that and didn't give me the 4 tires that was a part of my deal only gave me 3 times this company is terrible in business. They don't know how to problem solvers, they have no patients, and they are lying when they say that it is for free.. so many hit in charges in their system that you need to every charge a look at every charge on your bill.As close as you can.
