- MPMax Patty2 days ago1.0I called at 9:00 AM to confirm a tire patch could be completed by their 6:00 PM closing time. I dropped the car off at 12:15 PM. At drop-off, the worker noted the nail location and mentioned it might not be patchable.Instead of calling me in a timely manner to notify me if it could be patched, they went silent. I called at 3:30 PM for an update and was explicitly told they were "working on it.” I arrived in person around 5:30 PM and saw my car was in the garage. Only then did they finally tell me it could not be patched and that I needed a new tire. Holding a vehicle for over five hours just to provide a diagnosis right before closing is completely unacceptable customer service.

I spoke with Jason before coming in and he was very helpful and informative (helped me figure out what size tire I needed). When I came in later that day, Jason and the entire staff were so pleasant and helpful. I waited no longer than an hour before they had my new tire on and my car ready. I had to come back today to get another new tire (different from the one already replaced) and Jason and Justin were again extremely pleasant and helpful! They also offered to change my wiper blades and made suggestions on other services they offer that I can receive here instead of where I currently to go. The prices here are fair and I’ve never had an issue with service or the quality of work they do on my car. Would highly recommend this location for all your vehicle’s needs :)
