  I have brought my 2017 RAV4 to Kings Toyota for maintenance every time since I bought it, but recently ended up with a nail in my tire and Kings couldn’t get me in for 2+ weeks. Called Kenwood Tire Discounters and the manager Joe McGimpsey took care of it in a flash. I will definitely come back for repairs like this in the future!

  Save yourself time, money and trouble by NOT coming here. They went as far as sabotaging TWO other components in my car because I communicated that I would only pay for the part and fix it on my end because it totaled almost $1000. Thankfully I still didn't need their service and fixed it all because my family and neighbors were a big help. I've worked in commission before but I never treated anyone poorly because my time resulted in little to no money. You all are running a dirty desperate business and you should be ashamed.

  Great honest Customer Service does still exist!! I had a concern about my car and the tire sensors, after recently acquiring a used car I was already nervous in general. The manager at the Kenwood location was fantastic. I scheduled an appointment that was convenient to me and dropped the car off. I waited for a call back as taking any car to get it checked out is usually excruciating for many reasons. ( expensive repairs and discovering a laundry list of "needed" repairs to say the least) This was not my experience whatsoever at Tire Discounters however. It was a relatively easy fix and I didn't have to go broke to fix it!! They also did not try to sell me something that I did not need. No fear based tactics. I can not say enough about the peace of mind that I now have if my car needs service in the future. I will without a doubt be returning to Kenwood Tire Discounters. Thank you for the great customer service, the excellent communication and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend Kenwood Tire Discounters to anyone.

  Wouldn’t take my car to anyone else! Our family actually followed the general manager of the Colerain store to his new store in Kenwood because we have always been so happy with the service he provides. Highly recommend the Kenwood Tire Discounters!

  Brought 2011 Toyota Camry in for rear brake pads and rotors. Shared with the technician what I had seen and felt while driving the car and it was clear that the rear rotors and pads needed to be replaced. Shortly after I received a call and suddenly $450 worth of repairs turned into $1000 dollars. Need new calipers, etc.. I said that’s OK. I’ve got a friend a retired Mechanic that just happens to be out of town and I will wait for his return to save that money. Picked the car up drove it home only to find the front left wheel lug nuts were hand tightened. Meaning I could spin them with my hand the wheel was vibrating and making serious noise. I called and spoke to the manager and he said give me 20 minutes and I’ll check the cameras to see. Claims they never took off the front wheel. Ironic, I’ve owned this car since brand new, 15 years and have never had issues like that. Shared with them how dangerous that could’ve been for my daughters had they driven this car back to Oxford, where they attended college at Miami. Never again. Just be careful. Could’ve been deadly for someone. Find yourself A trustworthy mechanic.
