Great response. Large bolt in my tire. Fixed it same day with no cost to me because I had the hazardous warranty.

I had to get some tires replaced on a lease. There were a few miscommunications on exact brand/model, but thankfully the manager Joe is a rockstar. He stepped up big time to ensure the price, service, and communication exceeded expectations and he delivered. Because of him, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TD for tire needs.

I was very disappointed with my experience here yesterday. I bought a tire here a couple of months ago. Yesterday, my car was serviced at the dealership, where they found a nail in the tire. Since this type of tire can't be repaired, I came back to ask whether it was covered under warranty or if I would need to buy a new one.
Thomas helped me, but he seemed annoyed. I'm not sure if it was because of my Spanish accent or if he was just having a bad day, but he was rude and unprofessional. I politely explained that my car was at the dealership and that I just had a couple of questions. Instead of answering them, he asked to see the car. I explained again that my car wasn't there and that I only wanted to know about the warranty because I couldn't find my invoice. He replied in a very rude tone, saying, "How am I supposed to know if the car isn't here?"
Even though I was willing to spend almost $400 again, I won't buy from this location because of the way I was treated. As I was leaving, I said, "Have a nice day." When I turned my head and looked inside, I noticed that he and another employee were just laughing. Completely unprofessional.
I will never return. If anyone doubts this, I encourage management to review today's security camera footage and audio, if available.

I have brought my 2017 RAV4 to Kings Toyota for maintenance every time since I bought it, but recently ended up with a nail in my tire and Kings couldn’t get me in for 2+ weeks. Called Kenwood Tire Discounters and the manager Joe McGimpsey took care of it in a flash. I will definitely come back for repairs like this in the future!
