  The general manager Mari helped me out a ton. Bought a car from a dealer and after two weeks I was having issues with a tire losing half its PSI overnight. I brought the car to the Tire discounters on Galbraith Rd and they were fantastic. They showed me the patch and plug on the tires that the dealership did that had failed. They went above and beyond with explaining what was wrong with the tires and gave good recommendations on next steps. Also thanks to Rob in the shop for showing me the damaged tire. I bought four new tires from them. Honest group, I would definitely recommend to others.

  Mari's energy was on point when I first met her. When I came in for my appointment a few days later that same great energy and her knowledge made me feel really comfortable with this location (Galbraith rd). I use to stop here regularly to get air in my tires and at some point I knew I needed new tires so why not support who supports me (Tire discount on Galbraith rd) the staff's so helpful Rob Padgett has been there for me every time he cares and apparently loves what he does, so when I come I ask for him...he takes the time needed to get the job done right ❤️ when I drive away today the care of this team makes me feel safe ...thanks you guy's

  Mari, the GM, was amazing. She helped calm me at a difficult time in my day.. honored my warranty and just went over and beyond to ensure that my car was thoroughly taken care of, without trying to charge me an arm and a leg!! I so appreciate her for that!!

  Started my day about a hour from my house with a flat on the side of 75. Ended up at this location by sheer luck! I highly recommend this Tire Discounters! The level of service I received completely blew me away. From the moment I walked in, Mari, General Manager, was incredibly professional, welcoming, and transparent about everything my vehicle needed. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She took the time to explain the warranty process, ensuring my car was handled with the utmost care without ever making me feel rushed or upsold. In an industry where honest, decent customer service can sometimes feel like a thing of the past, she completely renewed my outlook. The staff were kind, fair, and clearly take immense pride in their work. If you need tire or auto service, look no further! I plan to use this shop as my new “go-to” even though it’s not the closest to my house. We need more people/places like this!
