  Will not be returning. Felt as if I was being scammed into buying a new tire. I initially went in for a plug/patch. Now the nail was definitely within the first 25% of tire l tread so I knew it was a chance that it might not work. But the manager came out telling me that he would need to replace the tire with a completely new tire because the nail went in at an angle that it was unable to be repaired. I considered getting the new tire from them until they became rude. I was told they didn’t have the tire in stock and it would need to be ordered. I was then told I’d be required to place a 100% deposit (full tire price) on tire before it could be ordered. I took my vehicle to another store near by and was told that the tire could indeed be saved because the nail went in straight. They repaired the tire at a fair price. To be a repeat customer at tire discounter I definitely didn’t feel the love.

  Excellent service. They have changed alot since a new team took over a few years ago. Love the customer service. The handshake by the manager at the end of my transaction was icing on cake. Made me feel that the appreciated my business.

  After experiencing a deflating tire on the highway I was able to make it to TD on Rt.4 I had picked up a nail and was told it could not be fixed (now I question that) and was sold the same brand (previously purchased at TD). I was thankful to avoid being stranded. Then I learned that replacing just one tire with deeper tread could cause significant issue to the differential, drivetrain and even the transmission. As a tire dealer I would think the service guys would know and explain that to me. They did not measure the tread of the other 3 tires to see if they could be rotated to better match the back new tire and have the back end equalized separate from the front or even suggest buying 2 tires that balanced the tread on the back end. Knowing what I know now about AWD/4WD WITH THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM on my Jeep Cherokee I would have purchased the second tire rather than repair the damage to those systems mentioned above as I believe would be much more expensive. Experiencing this breach of trust for what is best for my car, I canceled my next day appointment to replace the rear brakes.

  Got us in for a same day appointment last minute to have our tires balanced and rotated. Right by my husbands work, so it was convenient. They were pretty busy so the wait time was expected. Quick and easy to deal with otherwise.

  I was very pleased thought I needed a tire after the front desk clerk checked my wheel discovered all I needed was a patch was planning to pay hundreds of dollars after inspection it very much less so appreciate his patience and and expertise in knowing and solving my problem was very respectful and kind when I get new tires I will be back and thank you guys for being so helpful I don't believe if I had went anywhere else I would have had the same out come I give you guys a 10 out of 10 I recommend tire discounters for anyone that needs tires or auto work
