- PKPaul Kidwell1 day ago5.0I came here after a bad experience at the other tire discounter on the other end of colerain. There was even an issue with a part and it took much longer than I had expected, but the customer service was great the entire time. Great staff at this location!

- JPjesse PlessingerJun 16, 20261.01 star because I couldn't give you a zero. Walk into the store 6303 Colerain ave. Just to get a tire rotation. Spend 15 mins waiting at the counter. After some young kids took my keys to my car. While he was rotating my tire the counter person is in the garage arguing with an employee. About why he was made at him for 3 hours. The whole time I'm standing there watching. He didn't even try to acknowledge that I was there even though he looked at me straight in my eyes. Then turned so he couldn't see my face. This whole time my car is on the lift. The young kid rotated them. I asked what I owed he said I don't know talk to him. I waited another 15 minutes then left. Free tire rotation I guess. I wouldn't be making this post if the counter person would have just gestured 1 minute I'll be with you. But he turn his back like I wasn't there. Positive the young man who took my car was every nice and pleasant. Him I would give stars to but how that store is ran. No thank you
