- TBTina BoothAug 16, 20261.0Beware going here. I found out one of my tires were worn down to the steel fibers-and I had no idea. Called this location & they got me in same day and replaced all 4 tires-fantastic. Paper they gave back of the alignment showed things in the red which I didn’t think anything about. Then I took my car to a friend to have them put new brakes on and they noticed my right rear tire looked like it was leaning inward and didn’t look right. Took my car to tire discounts off of Tylersville who told me the cambers were not aligned right and were leaning the tires in which would wear the new tires faster. Why this location didn’t tell me this I have no clue. Dominic at the Tylersville location made sure to correct these parts and gave me a new alignment sheet which showed everything in green-how it should be. If you decide to go to this location, please be aware of this. I’m thankful they got me in same day to replace the tires but not informing of the cambers didn’t sit well with me as all. I will be going to the Tylersville location from now on.

- AAAaliyahJul 6, 20262.0The front desk person was rude and also did not say there was a $10 shop fee. He just said $79 + taxes. Then when I was paying almost $100 I thought dang taxes are high here. Then I looked at my paper and it had the fee on it and I asked about it and he said that’s part of taxes and every shop charges it but I think he needs to learn the difference between a fee and tax… the price of the service is not bad but the fees should be communicated to the customer before they agree to the service. When someone hears tax, they expect ~7% added in price… not ~7% + $10+ dollars. I will be going to the Galbraith location from now on.

Yes. Our Sharonville store has ASE-certified technicians. Many also carry Michelin Certified, TIA, and MAP credentials. We have ASE EV Certified techs for electric vehicles. Ongoing training is required, not optional.
