- AAAaliyah4 days ago2.0The front desk person was rude and also did not say there was a $10 shop fee. He just said $79 + taxes. Then when I was paying almost $100 I thought dang taxes are high here. Then I looked at my paper and it had the fee on it and I asked about it and he said that’s part of taxes and every shop charges it but I think he needs to learn the difference between a fee and tax… the price of the service is not bad but the fees should be communicated to the customer before they agree to the service. When someone hears tax, they expect ~7% added in price… not ~7% + $10+ dollars. I will be going to the Galbraith location from now on.

Was told I would be given 30$ off for the battery and the total would be 400$ thats including labor. At the end my total was 497$ and an additional 50$ shop supply fee was added, when questioned they took it off.. Additionally, was told it would be roughly 30min to switch the battery. (8am on a Monday with an appointment) At 10:27, the car was finally finished… Don’t go here, save your money!

Yes. Our Sharonville store has ASE-certified technicians. Many also carry Michelin Certified, TIA, and MAP credentials. We have ASE EV Certified techs for electric vehicles. Ongoing training is required, not optional.
