  They are liars and scammers. Down on my luck, I brought my car in with a flat tire. I knew it was a simple tire patch, but I thought hey, I'll just get it fixed really quick. They made me wait an hour just for the manager to say the nail is on the side and it cannot be fixed and she tried to sell me a new tire. Frustrated, I took it home and patched the tire myself. I took the wheel off and there was a small screw in a perfectly patchable spot. Tire is fine now. Don't trust these businesses they are scammers.

  Horrible services at Tire Discounters on Winton Rd . I took my car there and explained exactly what was going on . I clearly explained to multiple people I had an issues on the passenger driver side . They provided service said I was good to go . I received my car back and literally drove off the lot and a day later the same issue was wrong with the car. I took it back again they fix something completely different tried to blame me for not explaining fully but , they did a test drive put the car up looked at eveything then stated they fixed the issue the second time. I drive away a day later the same issue arises with the car. I called them letting them know what is wrong they ask for me to bring it back. Absolutely not you’ve already failed at fixing it twice . I never receive a refund anything. I paid over $800 getting labor and services that I never should have had done in the first place . I had to take it to an auto shop Santos Auto Shop In Wyoming just to find out my explanation of what was wrong with the car was correct they had no issue after test driving and actually observing the car fixing it. A they also gave me a completely different diagnosis of what was wrong with the car than Tire Discounters! They fixed the brakes and rotors solved the problem that Tire Discounters literally got completely wrong. They basically extorted me instead of just being honest and saying they had no idea how to fix my car. Poor services, no accountability! I should take them to small claims for paying for services I never needed and not correcting the issue at all!

  unfortunately i cant give a zero star because that what they deserve after my horrible experience at this location . my last visit there one of there workers were very rude unprofessional , and just straight nasty to me. used foul language and told me to leave her store after asking if i could get my tire that was rightfully mine per the warranty . she called the cops for no reason , and refused to relieve my vehicle . another employee has to step in and pull my car out so that i could leave . this lady does not need to be working there or anywhere where customer service is of up most important. that's just the short version of my experience i recommend no one shop or go here for vehicle needs.

  I purchased 2 tires on July 10th and didn’t drive the car until today due to being on vacation till July 24th. When I went to get in my car one of the tires was flat. I brought my car in at 12:52 pm and it is now 4:17pm and they have not finished my car after being told I was the second car in line. The employees here are totally unprofessional. They’re in the back arguing, music is so loud you can barely hear yourself think. After the employee saw me leaving my response then they decided to call me and talk to me even though I’m in the lobby and it is now 4:25 PM
