  Absolutely horrible service. Had a 10am APPOINTMENT for just an oil change. I didn't get my car back until 1:30pm. "Will be done in about an hour" - manager. No communication, no apology, couldn't even be bothered to look me in the eye and pretend to be sorry. DO NOT go here if you value your time in the slightest

  I had tires replaced on 2 vehicles on the same day at the Winton road location. At the end of the day I received 2 vehicles back with damage to them. After getting no response from the store manager I filed a formal complaint through the website. It took 3 attempts to contact someone before the regional manager reached out. An “investigation” was launched and I was told I would be contacted with a resolution soon. A week later I had to reach out again to get any response. I was told there was no way they could have caused the damage even though there is paint from the building on my wife’s bumper. The rim of my truck was also damaged from someone prying on the plastic rim cover. I was told to file a lawsuit if I wanted to pursue the issue. 100% dissatisfied with the service provided.

  Long delay with appointment and lots of drama in the lobby. I’d go elsewhere.

  Don't go here they tried to scam me. My car only needed a new ailment done after a accent happened to me. So no more tire discounters for me and u guys need to be shut down or out od business

  Terrible customer service, rude staff, and “system was down”. Scheduled an appointment for a tire repair online—the website asks for your car’s year, make, and model to even determine if they have your tires. I get there, wasn’t even greeted by a staff member after waiting 10 minutes. Someone finally comes out, I’m assuming the store manager then says their system is down. So if people came to pick up their vehicles they wouldn’t even be able to check them out & release them to them??? No type of business continuity plan for that odd situation. Anyway after waiting 15 more minutes, the employee tells me the system is back up with an attitude, tells me they don’t have my car’s tire size in stock & that I’d need 4 new ones anyway because mine are bald… My car is only 4 years old. I went next door to XPress Pro & they put a new one on for me in 45 minutes. This place is a joke.
