- BABarbara AnnMay 12, 20265.0Purchased windshield wipers in February. Driver side wiper wasn't clearing so I went back in and they replaced the wiper. Looked at the other one and replaced that one as well.
- MHMaya HemphillMay 5, 20265.0I had a fantastic experience at this location! I called around 11:00 AM looking for a specific tire, and Micah was incredibly helpful. He was able to order the tire from their warehouse immediately, and it arrived at the shop much faster than I expected. Once the tire arrived, the team was super efficient and had it installed in under 30 minutes. The communication throughout the process was excellent—I always knew exactly what the status was. Highly recommend Micah and the rest of the crew for their speed and professionalism!
- CWCarl WhittakerApr 27, 20261.0Customer Service was very curt, dry, matter of fact, instructions and suggestions very vague. I didn't feel welcomed there at all. After the work was completed they bought my car up to the front of the store. It sat there for I know about 3 minutes. I thought they would come to let me know it was ready to check out. A little confused, I finally got up and approached the service desk and no one was there for about 7-10 minutes! One of the mechanics finally came andhe went and got the person who took the order. Very bland and nonchalant. I won't beback yo this establishment! Workers need to be instructed on Proper Customer Service!
- KRKaren RookApr 25, 20261.0When you make an appointment for 10 am for an oil change and tire rotation and it's now 11 am and your car is still sitting outside not even in the bay your Manager/employee should 1- tell you they are running behind or 2 have an employee come out and say something. I had my husband tell them to give our keys back and they didn't even say sorry. Poor customer service. Will not be back.

Kudos to Micah for his advice and direction(since tires were from another brand store). He was able to check carfax to see when tires were purchased( I couldn’t remember)Was able to schedule with initial tire store and road hazard was used.Dont know about everyone else, but had a great experience at Tire Discounters Winton rd store
