Whether for new tires or tire repair, I’ve always been treated well here. I recently found a nail in my tire (the original factory tire, not purchased here) and the team was able to see me same day and get my tire patched in about an hour on an otherwise busy Saturday. I appreciate the great service.

Went for an oil change and tire alignment. Didn't have an appointment and was seen immediately so that was great. Alignment wasn't done right the first time but Charles made it right. He had 'John' redo the alignment and it worked out much better. Both had great customer service so I'll definitely return.

I made an appointment at 1:00 to rotate my tires. I arrived at 12:50. I sat there until 1:45, I finally said something. They then rotated my tires. I was out of there by 2:00. Why make an appointment if they don't honor it.

While traveling in a rental vehicle, the low tire pressure light came on. We stopped at Tire Discounters to have the tire checked. They pulled the car in right away, discovered a small nail in the tire, plugged the hole and got us back on the road in a very short amount of time with no charge. The staff was courteous and friendly and we are pleased with the service here. Recommend.

BUYER BEWARE!! I took my car in because the A/C was not blowing cold air once the temperatures got above about 85 degrees outside. They tried to tell me that my compressor was not kicking on but they charged me for an Evac/Recharge at $308.84. Number one: Why bother to recharge a system when you state the compressor does not work? Number two: they said it still had some freon in it so they did not have to put a full charge in it. Wouldn't it need a full charge if they had done an evacuation? They made notes on my receipt that the timing gasket had an oil leak. I keep my car in a garage and the floor is oil free. The person driving the car said it felt like the passenger side wheel was wobbling so bad she thought it was going to come off. I have had the car for years and never experienced anything like that. I told her that and when I called back to check on the A/C service she changed her story to the wheel weights must have come off and they put some back on for me. Are there any mechanics out there that knows how ridiculous this all sounds? I used to work on my own cars to a degree when I was young so I do remember enough to know they were trying to scam me. I picked my car up after paying the bill because I had no way of proving anything until I had an independent, reliable mechanic look at it. Tire Discounters actually did nothing to my car and A/C system. The reliable mechanic said it had very little freon in it and nothing was wrong with the compressor. The condenser was clogged so they changed that and really did an Evac/Recharge and my A/C is working fine. They also confirmed I did NOT have an oil leak, nothing was wrong with my wheels and no new wheel weights were on there. Shame on them for thinking they can scam #1 a female and #2 an elderly female. I left a message with their corporate office about a refund but have yet to hear back. I suppose this will have to go the Ohio Attorney General to get my money back.
These are the notes from the reputable shop I took it to:
