  Garbage customer service. I had a coupon for a free alignment, but Charles refused to honor it and would not even set an appointment for me. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and will be filing a formal complaint regarding this experience.

  I'd give them -5 stars if I could. I've bought new tires here twice. Both times the tires were unbalanced. Thanks tire discounters for extra highway vibration. They refused to balance them since I didn't come right back afterward and blamed the vibration on treadwear, as if the never balanced in the first place magically fixed it's self. Old bald tires were buttery smooth and the new tires shake my steering wheel like a Polaroid picture

  UPDATE: I got a generic cooker cutter type of response from the supposed owner. I doubt the guy read anything. At any rate, I went with Firestone instead and they seem to have a better handle on things. REVIEW: Overall bad experiences. I don't really have much confidence in these guys for anything other than replacing tires. If you're here because you're using Carvana's warranty, stay away from them. They don't really seem to know what they're doing. I came in experiencing issues with a car that I had just bought on Carvana. Probably CV axle or wheel bearing. The guy takes a look at it and says that the issue is with the tires. I asked him to check again because the symptoms didn't match the diagnosis that he gave. He said that he would put it on the lift and "see what shakes loose". He tells me everything is in great condition and it's just the tires. At any rate, I had to make three more trips back there before the tires actually did get replaced. It took up all of my evening each time. They replaced the tires and lo and behold, the exact same symptoms that I described were still present. So, now I still have to get the original problem fixed. I set up an appointment, described the exact same symptoms that brought me in originally. Now, one of the guys insisted that it's a power steering issue (which doesn't fit with any of the symptoms since it's electric power steering). I was told that I'd have to come in tomorrow because apparently their service tech left even though I came in for my appointment early. Either way, I shouldn't have to block off an entire week anytime a basic repair needs to be done. Beyond that, Carvana's warranty with Silverrock requires a $100 deductible after the initial 30 days. That means that each time Tire Discounters messes up the diagnosis and fixes the wrong part, you have to pay another $100. My point is that they've been off track with this issue multiple times, and each time it costs multiple evenings to get it resolved. I don't have the confidence that they can handle this, and I honestly don't think you should take your car here for anything more than basic tires changes.
