I work about 13 miles away and recently started a new job, so I was really concerned about getting to work the next day. I rolled into Discount Tire around 6:30 p.m., knowing they closed at 7:00. The manager told me, “Sure, we’ll fix it before we leave today,” and they absolutely followed through. They even stayed a little late to make sure it was taken care of. I really appreciated them making the time for me and helping ease a stressful situation.
