  The people who work at this shop are friendly and are clearly overworked but the service and communication leaves a lot to be desired. I have been here several times and the quotes for both time and cost have been wildly off. I came for a simple brake pad change and was told it would be about an hour. I even made an appointment and showed up first thing in the morning. Three hours later I asked for an update and was told they didn't even have the parts in the shop and had ordered them in stock. JIf you choose to come here just plan to leave your car and come back for it later.

  incredibly fast and thorough service. garrett is awesome and so nice!! I was in and out in 44 mins for a new tire

  Came in unexpectedly today after having received an oil change at another location and receiving bad news. These gentlemen worked me in to get tire pressure sensors ALL the way around and were helpful with the pricing on the service as well! I will be back! Thanks for EVERYTHING

  Today's staff was horse playing and communicating the whole time I was there. Had appointment for 4:00 p.m. today and didn't get serviced until 5: 40pm for a wheel alignment at 5:56 they're already pulling the car back out for me to get the keys back and said they complete the job. The shop doesn't close until 7:00 p.m. I called back to let them know I didn't like the rush minor checks on my wheel alignment and I have to set up an appointment all over again for 4:00 p.m. so when a customer ask how long is it going to take you guys you guys take over an hour to give someone service and then your guys Rush and did the wheel alignment as if my warranty was a Rushed free charge. The guys did not put any good effort into fixing the wheel alignment and now I have to come back again for another 4:00 appointment then I've been waiting going on 2 hours for and was rushed in the process of fixing my wheel alignment them guys did not take their time fixing it the right way it's still loose as it was when I came there. They just took my car in there and took it back out within 15 minutes. That is very unacceptable and I have to call back to call them out on their lazy work because they want to communicate and play around on the clock besides working on the wheel alignment yeah I will be calling corporate. That's ridiculous just because I have a free warranty. I get rushed wheel alignment service. And the store close at 7:00 p.m. they apologize because they know they was wrong and horse playing around when they could be doing work.
