  I cant express how much I appreciate Corey and the guys at the Marburg location. They got me in quick and helped me during a tough time. Not once but twice. They made me feel like I wasnt just a dollar bill to them. Thank you very much, you guys are awesome!

  Woke up to a flat tire from a a huge nail. With 35,000 miles and a puncture too big to repair, I knew this was gonna be an expensive fix. Extremely thankful for Corey, For not only getting me in first thing in the morning on my way to work and having my car ready when I got off work, he got me a fantastic deal that worked with my budget. This is the second car that I’ve had serviced at this location mainly out of convenience to how close it is to my work. But now they have a customer for life based just on their service.

  Corey and Madison are absolutely the best! I got a quote from them and was sitting in the parking lot calling around to see if anywhere else had the tire in stock. Corey noticed and asked Madison what I was doing, and he found a supplier right close by, drove over, got the tire, and replaced it for me. That level of care is rare these days. They didn't have to do any of that but they took ownership of my problem and solved it. If you want a place where the staff actually cares about you, this is it. Ask for Corey and Madison. You won't be disappointed!

  I debated even writing this because up to this point my experience with TD has been generally positive. But the last trip pissed me off. I went in for a tire rotation and since I was there, I figured they could look at my radiator fan because it wasn't working. I got there at 8 am and didn't leave until after12 pm. They ran a "cooling system diagnostic" that apparently takes 4 hours. There was no communication with me about what they were doing and how long it was going to take. To top it all off, there was no clear explanation from the diagnostic as to why my fan or my a/c wasn't working. At the end of the day, I got a charge for $100 that didn't tell me anything and an estimate for over $3000 of work to figure out the problem. Fast forward a few weeks, after doing my own research into the problem, I landed on my A/C needing coolant. I went to Advanced Auto parts. Bought some coolant for $50 added it to my A/C system and the fan and the A/C are working again. $50 vs $3000, that's a huge difference for an issue as simple as adding coolant. That seems like something a diagnostic should have been able to catch or a mechanic with any experience or sense would have been able to check in 1 hour let alone 4. If you have issues with your tires by all means, check them out. But don't go to them for anything else. They will just try and sell you something you don't need.
