Garret was really knowledge and helpful. I had the mobile service install my new tires and needed to come in for an alignment. Went to Anderson store couldn’t understand his attempts at English so I came to Eastgate. Highly recommend him.

A couple days ago I showed up to have some work done on my truck, long story short we ran into some problems and these guys stayed way past closing time to try to take care of me, they couldn’t get it all fixed up that night so my truck had to stay at the shop but one of the guys working there, Luke Mease, offered to give me a ride home so I wasn’t stressing about that on top of my truck. These guys especially Luke were just great to deal with after a long day of bad luck. I appreciate you all and thanks again Luke for making sure I got home alright. Will be back for sure!

Very bad experience. Replaced tires 1 1/2 years ago said I needed new suspension system which was fine. Waited 5 hours to get new tires out on. Someone in my neighborhood put a 4 inch screw in my tire. Had a blow out leaving home. Took the tire to Tire Duscoubters Eastgate. They weren’t busy. Said it would be fixed in half hour. I waited almost 3hrs it patiently wait and get replacement tire. I’ll never go back there for anything ever. I definitely do not recommend this place!!!!

Tire discounters in Eastgate was an unpleasant experience. I had a scheduled oil change at 3pm. I arrived early at 2:45pm. I did not leave until after 6:30pm. There is no reason for a scheduled routine oil change service to take over 3 hours. The staff in the front were kind about my frustrations when I inquired about my vehicle, the staff in the back were rude to the front room staff when they asked about my vehicle. Shutting the window without answering the question from the front room staff, then when the front room staff reopened the window and asked again they replied in a snappy tone "it's next" after being told it was next I still waited 2 hours for my vehicle. It takes significantly more time than any other oil change I have ever gotten.

Booked a 10AM appointment for a tire rotation. Show up, guy tells me to wait a minute cause I guess he was doing something? I was like okay he might just be finishing paperwork or something. I turn my car in and sit in the lobby. It’s kinda busy so I’m thinking 60 to 90 minutes at most. 11:30 rolls around and I still haven’t heard anything then around 11:40 I see my car get pulled around and one of the guys from the shop drops my keys off behind the guy at the desk. He was actively helping a customer and I figured he had seen it and that he would probably get me next. Two other customers walk in and get in line, he also gets a few phone calls that he picks up pretty quickly (referencing the employee at the desk in all this). He finishes with the guy and moves on to the next. At this point it’s around 12:15 and I get in line because I want to leave and it looks like my car is ready. The guy goes outside and then when he comes back and moves to the next customer (who was just dropping the car off) he starts having a whole conversation about the last customer. Finally another employee comes in and asks me what I need and I tell him. It takes him a minute to find the keys since they weren’t hanging up with the rest.
Anyway, I’m mostly unhappy because I would’ve thought that after the guy he had been serving I would’ve been next since I had been there for 2 hours and they had called everybody else up once their car was ready. Instead I had to get in line and wait to see if they could give me my car and ended up spending 2.5 hours at tire discounters. 45 of which I was just waiting for them to give me my car back.
I get they were busy, and I like tire discounters since the company has done huge solids for my family in the past. However, this was sub-par service for such a usually great company.
If I ever end up going back to this location and have a different experience. I will absolutely change this review to reflect that. However, it’s one of the few times I’ve ever actually felt super frustrated because I felt like I had been either ignored or forgotten about. I felt as if I was not a priority.
