  The sales associate Luke was very good to work with. But the advertisement of “free oil change” with new tires was incredibly misleading. The main sticker states free oil change and free alignment. On the details section, it states it again, but has a small disclaimer that it’s a “future” oil change. I’m getting the alignment on the same day, it is appropriate to believe I am also getting an oil change, rather than putting the me, the customer in a tough position to come back twice whenI have work and a family. This advertisement brought me in and misled me. I needed tires and kept my appointment as they were unsafe to drive, but I will deter my friends and family from shopping at Tire Discounters until this is corrected with accurate advertising.

  disappointed. I dropped my car off mid afternoon Monday for new brakes. I was told it would be done on Tuesday. The car was not done until Wednesday afternoon, I was told that there was only one technician working at the store for several days in a row. The tires were over inflated and my tire light came on. The brakes are working fine- I do feel much safer

  They were very friendly and Completed all my work timely. I received new tires, brake work and an oil change. I can really tell the difference in the ride and brakes, feels great. Thank you for taking care of my car. Highly recommend.

  Truck got a flat ( unfortunately did not have a spare) Called tire discounters told them I needed 2 tires. This is around 550 pm. They said they stop installing tires at 630. I get there at 624. They can only sell me the tires. So I bought them and installed my self. ( i have my own tire changer) less then 2 months tires had a bubble on both tires. Returned to tire discounters they can't do anything at all for me. Called corporate they warranted the tires but I had to pay upfront then they reimburse later 5 to 7 weeks. No discount or anything Sat for 4.5 hours waiting as well.

  DO NOT USE TIRE DISCOUNTERS. ZERO STARS. We trusted Tire Discounters when we dropped our van off on May 27, 2026 for what was supposed to be a 2–3 day repair. After 6 repair attempts and 10 weeks, we picked it up on August 4, 2026 — still not repaired. We spent over $5,000 in repairs, in addition to nearly $1,800 on a rental vehicle while our van was unavailable. We dealt directly with Larry Molloy of Eastgate, District Manager JEREMY HAYNES, and Tire Discounters Vice President GARY HAYNES. GARY HAYNES personally acknowledged that Tire Discounters had “dropped the ball” and offered us a settlement. After we picked up the vehicle, however, we never heard from him again despite the fact that the vehicle was still not repaired. We made repeated calls, texts, and emails, sent certified letters to corporate, and participated in a management conference call. We have now filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Over $5,000 in repairs. Nearly $1,800 in rental expenses. Ten weeks. Six attempts. Vehicle still not repaired. DO NOT USE TIRE DISCOUNTERS.
