- TSThomas Obermeyer SrMay 5, 20261.0I went today 5-5-26 for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 3pm. They didn't pull my car in until after 4pm. About an hour later they still weren't finished. They were trying to get a oil light to go out but couldn't figure it out. So at 545pm they gave up and said bring it back tomorrow so our software guy can get the light out permanently. No apologies, no refund of any kind. Ive done buisness with them for years but no more I'll be taking my buisness to Village Quick Lube.

Truck has been done for 20 minutes, tech is more worried about checking new customers in than checking out the customer that's been here for over 3 hours! One poor Tech running the whole front office. That's a management problem!!

When I asked how much longer after waiting 3 hours I was told not sure how much longer and the cashier got aggro with me for asking.
